I don’t usually write reviews. Maybe a few over the years—most reviews either sound like they were written by Michelin inspectors 🙄 or someone in the throes of a personal crisis. 😳 My favorite are the people who would give 0 stars if they could. So yeah, I don’t know what people are looking for in a review. But here’s mine. We came here for my wife’s birthday. It just looked like our kind of place. They walked us upstairs to our table. Upstairs dining is, objectively, better. It’s elevated in both a literal and emotional sense. You feel more important. More exclusive. My wife gave me a look when our host headed up the stairs. She knew. Everyone knows upstairs tables hit different. We reluctantly started with the bone marrow focaccia. My wife’s not really into that sort of thing, but this was different. The marrow is baked into the bread, which infuses every bite with savory, buttery goodness. If that wasn’t enough, it came with a generous serving of stracciatella to dip it in. I didn’t even know what that was. In case you don’t, it’s the creamy goodness inside of burrata. Then I dove into the pappardelle with beef cheeks. (My wife had something different. She can write her own review 😏) It somehow managed to be luxurious and comforting at the same time. And it was perfectly portioned—especially considering we also ordered the charred octopus and the assorted mushrooms. The next 30 minutes were filled with a bunch of wide-eye “mmmmmm” sounds. As their webpage boasts, they play vinyl records. They even asked my wife to pick one she’d like to hear. (Saturday Night Fever, Record 1, Side 1 🕺) That kind of detail isn’t just charming—it’s a flex. And we cannot forget Rachel, our vibe curator. Rachel, are you reading this? You are not just an excellent host—you are the human embodiment of “you’re in good hands.” She made us feel like regulars on our very first visit. We left happy, full, and already talking about when we can come back. If you get a chance to go, do it. Maybe you’ll get an upstairs table. Choose a good record. Enjoy the stracciatella. And enjoy the vibe—you’re in excellent hands. 🤌

"A visual always brings a first impression." Well what a first impression you are treated to when you walk in. Shall we? -a charming bar right in the front to greet you -wall to wall, hand picked spirits -hundreds of eclectic record choices (yes, you can request!) -a stunning, hand painted personalized mural on your left as you walk through -80s boom boxes artfully placed within flush mounted shelves next to Italian-style sculpture decor -an eye popping Chefs Table intimately placed in the back where guests are seated at a near the kitchen, allowing them to observe the chef and kitchen staff at work! -2nd floor private room with A/V capablities for your group celebration settings -Coup de Grace, viewing table overlooking the front bar area. The service is TOP tier. All staff more than willing to assist however, we were lucky to have Sarah take tremendous care of us. Ah yes, food & drinks! Amaretto style drinks a plenty go right along with the upscale ambiance of Vinile. My recommendation is the Perfetto, however, you cannot go wrong with the Godfather either as you get ready for your apps and entree. For you seafood lovers, prawns were absolutely incredible in taste and in size and the Ceviche are perfect ways to go. If you're feeling like filet mingon, but don't want red meat, fear not, the swordfish is your succulent savior For you meatlovers, the lamb shank is PERFECTLY tender and will satiate your carniverious craving. I can go on and on with superlatives, but my words will not do Vinile Chophouse justice. Go and make your own experience and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Cheers everyone. -MC

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this truly remarkable restaurant that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance was enchanting, creating a beautiful backdrop for a delightful evening. The combination of exquisite wine and carefully curated music set the perfect tone, enhancing the overall experience. The vibrant atmosphere was complemented by a young, lively crowd, which added to the restaurant's charm. The drinks were not just delicious; they were outstanding, showcasing a creative flair that delighted the palate. Now, let's talk about the food! The Italian pastas were simply out of this world—each dish was a masterpiece that showcased authentic flavors and impeccable execution. Every bite was a testament to the chef's skill and passion for Italian cuisine. Service was another highlight of the evening. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish. They were genuinely invested in making our night special. Lastly, the playlist was on point, perfectly matching the restaurant's vibe and adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Vinile, the new Italian chophouse, is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we stepped in, the service was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Rachel, who made us feel like VIPs. Her knowledge of the menu and warmth turned our evening into something truly special.

Now, let's talk about the food—wow. We started with the bone marrow focaccia, and it was a game changer. The rich, buttery marrow paired perfectly with the warm, soft bread. The Greco salad? Absolutely the best we've ever had—crispy, fresh, and vibrant. As for the handmade pastas, the pappardelle with wild boar ragu was perfection on a plate. The pasta was so fresh and delicate, while the wild boar ragu was rich and full of flavor—every bite was pure heaven.

And the steaks? Don’t even get me started. Each cut of meat was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor that had us all talking long after the meal was over. Every dish was a testament to the passion and precision in the kitchen.

To top it all off, Ryan’s wine recommendations were spot-on. He expertly paired a lovely bottle that complemented every course, enhancing the flavors even more.

Vinile has quickly become a top-tier destination, and I can't wait to return. If you’re looking for world-class service, unforgettable food, and a wonderful atmosphere, look no further. This...
