Virtual Cravings — Restaurant in New York

I asked the guy working what he recommended. One word, chicken... I got the combo #2; whole rotisserie chicken, rice and beans, fries with hot dogs, sweet plantains, avacado salad and a 2 liter of coke. The chicken was nice and moist and the sides were all pretty good. The green sauce, nice and spicy and flavorful. Total was around $49 with tax. There's plenty of seating but It seems they do most of their orders for delivery and take out as the place was empty around 1pm. I would definitely add this to the rotation of dinners when I visit my friends...

We stopped in for a empanada snack, had the cheese and the meat, which were made fresh on the spot and delicious for two dollars each! The owner explained how he makes the Peruvian chicken, and we will certainly be ordering that to take home as it sounds like it’s made correctly and delicious. We can tell these are real “food“ people, as the dishes on other tables looked great. The atmosphere is more takeout, but there are many well spaced tables and chairs to eat at, and it’s a pleasant environment. We look forward to trying more of...
