Horrible place to order. Poor customer experience and crew has no idea of the customer experience. Do not order anything on the online application and try to follow up. My experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did I waited 42 minutes for my order. I asked more than 3 times if my order can be canceled. I was gaslight to wait for it and uber orders were dispatched/mobile orders were fulfilled while my order according to the presenter was still not ready. I lost my patience after the 3rd interaction and the crew member accused me of yelling. I never felt so humiliated as if I want to yell at people who are already in extreme pressure and I knew it that this was going to end for me badly. When I heard this young woman accuse me with nasty attitude and yelling. I should just never stayed if only I knew that once you order online it can't be canceled by the store. I should have walked away. Not a single person in this store showed a little bit of compassion and explain the order can't be canceled. This Wendy store FAILED miserably at customer service. I can't even say if the food is any good because they never served me. Don't bother using the app. Also I was not the only person waiting there more than 20 minutes for food. I was the only person that they said the system fell down. Everyone else got served.

When I first walked in the line was near the door with only one server servicing stand by customers. It was raining on this day so what concerned me the most is the hazardous wet floors that was not attended too or utilized any cautious signs or cones for the public safety. There was more ppl in there charging and lounge to the point actual paying customers couldn't sit to enjoy a inside meal. The tables was sooooo filthy along with the flooring of thos establishment. They seriously need a clean up crew on the floors at all times felt like I was eating inside a trash bin... Too top the poor quality of this location I had to leave immediately due to a homeless gentleman intentionally coughing and sneezing numerous times openly around and near everyone food. Well it doesn’t, they charged me extra. I paid and kept it moving but she should’ve said no or that of course I could get it but for an extra charge. Staff was just overall not friendly and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. For example, at one point what appeared to be a homeless man entered and asked for a cup of water to a worker serving drinks at that moment. She did get it for him but without even acknowledging him!
