West Side Bagels — Restaurant in New York

I went to West Side Bagels and really liked it. The place is clean and cozy with a nice setup and plenty of seating. They have a good variety of fresh bagels and pastries, and everything looked well organized. I got a breakfast sandwich with eggs and turkey bacon, and it was really filling and tasty. Don’t want to be too harsh - just opening up so they’re working the kinks out, I’m sure. That said, the folks serving were having a hard time understanding my order (toasted my bagel without my asking etc.) they seemed kind of wiped out of product by 9:15, and my bagel was dense/ a little gluey.
