Wok City — Restaurant in New York

First 2 times i ordered previously, the food was ok. Not great, just ok. Today i ordered and the fried wonton were not cooked and the general tao's chicken had no taste and was all a bunch of soggy bread mushed up on top of plain bland pork fried rice. The fried wonton once you took a bite you tasted raw dough. I had ordered several foods with intention to eat for lunch (at work) and then take the rest home have for dinner. Now i have the beef lo mein to take home and am trying to decide if i should just throw it out or carry it and see what it tastes like when i get home. I called the place back to complain and he kept asking me if i got the food even though i just told him everything that was wrong. Then he's arguing with me saying i'm wrong, the wonton is cooked. He didn't try to resend the food or offer a discount for next time.... nothing. I said look i will not be ordering from you again. He...

First of all my job is around there and I only work on the weekends so I always buy my food there the food is good ,sometimes isn't it but it's not my point. The lady at the reception is so rude that she always makes me feel uncomfortable. look at me badly because I'm black maybe always judge in her language with the one she works with even if you ask for a sauce she makes you uncomfortable it looks like you did something don't go there it's not the first time she's done this to me but because there is no food around my work I don’t have choice that’s why I was going back they have to change this lady, she's not a respectful person, she’s so mean and evil I think people who cook work so hard but the lady waste all their efforts I advise you...

I just went there and I ordered Sesame tofu and French fries and it tasted so disgusting it didn't even looked cooked. I went to take a bite and right off the bat I felt like throwing up the food was disgusting. Learn how to cook food...you guys need to go out of business it was horrible. Also my friend wanted to sit down and a delivery guy came in with his bike since they leave inside the restaurant and he said excuse me can you move and started moving his bike.
