Stick up promise one thing then plain steal. A lunch I ordered they charged my debit card ( yeah I live check to check being I am a city municipal hospital employee ) almost $50.00 . They where suppose to refund the charge but July 20 and this happened on June 8 or 9 . I called they said we will look into it and call you back I am still waiting. They did not deliver and canceled since it was a hour after I placed my order by then our lunch hour was over. Read moreI placed an order for pickup, and it was not correct. I consider it the simplest thing to prepare food with detailed instructions. I asked for alfalfa sprouts and red onion to be removed; however, when I arrived home, to my surprise these items were on my sandwich. Do you know how difficult it is to pick alfalfa sprouts (tastes like grass) off of sauce that’s pasted onto the top of a sandwich? This location does not deliver to my address as I’m about 20 minutes away, but the service is very friendly at the location in Yorkville; also, the food tastes great. I will only order in person because for some reason the order will be sure to be correct if I need to stand around 10 minutes and wait for it; similarly, it’s less likely to be right because whosoever picks their order up is less likely to check the order because it’s not dining in. I ordered food through website and got email where it says I need to wait 1 hour even if it's just few blocks away. Fine... I was waiting for 1 hour, nothing happened. So I decided to call to the place. The girl on the phone said they don't have my order and they don't have order on the site (but they do!). I don't know how your employees don't know about it. I tried to explain her that they have, she didn't give me chance to talk, cut me off and started to yell on me. When I told her to change tone, she switched me to manager who said that order didn't go through, no apologies, nothing. He was also very rude.
