RocketFuel Wings — Restaurant in Newark

The place has absolutely great food, I stumbled upon them out on Uber eats and Really wasn't sure what to expect. I got the Asian Pork Belly sandwich, the Mac n Cheese bites and some Raspberry Scorcher wings. I was very impressed by how delicious it all tasted even after being delivered. The raspberry scorcher sauce has an incredible mixture of flavor and heat that compliment one another, perfectly. The Mac n cheese bites were still crispy and crunchy and has great flavor to them, and comes with a cheese sauce that really puts it over the top. I thought the Asian Pork Belly sandwich was very good too. Had a good amount of meat, and an aioli sauce that was absolutely to die for.

I also stopped in In to check them out and they go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and try all types of sauces and other sides they have. Mark and I Jeff do a good job connecting with the customers and making the experience worth it.

Recommend Sauces-- -Raspberry Scorcher - Super high octane ( If you like spicy, but there not over kill ) -Sweet Chili aoli is a great dipping sauce Maui Gold and Fresca are very flavorful , something light and refreshing.

I will also say that there portion sizes were very good, but more importantly the quality of the sauces and food was very eye opening. You can tell the food isn't just slobbed together and the sauces aren't just thrown on the wings. All the sides I tried were def. Something to have again .

The most hospitable service I've gotten in a while. The owner, Jeff, and I had a chat while waiting for my food and I was told the story of how the place became a restaurant in the first place. Along with this, I had forgotten my wallet the first time I came in but, was allowed to come back another day to pay (bless Marc). Which I did and bought more food and trust me, I'll be back soon now. Now with having tried two things I can say the food is stellar here. The wings are big and have an amazing flavor alone. With their sauces its knocked up even higher! As for their sandwiches the asian pork belly sandwich was delicious, would highly recommend. And putting the sauces and toppings on the side to keep the bread crispy was smart as hell. Crispy chicken sandwich was just as good, and the coleslaw made it just heavenly.
