Ordered here once through Uber prior to coming in for the first time today. My partner likes Sarku Japan's teriyaki better, but for the price and portion, I think this place is still tasty and gets the job done, considering it's just a 20 min walk for me at the moment. What I do appreciate is they cook the veggies all the way. Teriyaki madness down the street gives alot more veggies with the bowl but never cooks them down enough, always half raw and I'm not a fan of that especially since T.M is alot pricier for what you get 🥱. Eh. I just got Tofu Teriyaki for lunch. They tried to upsell me right away with extra stuff, but didn't mention it was extra until I asked. I don't appreciate that. Food was not good at all. The tofu had virtually no sauce, the mound of cabbage and few pieces of broccoli had a weird taste, like nothing at all. If you order "teriyaki" you want to taste the teriyaki. There was so little sauce that the mound of tasteless veggies and plain rice sucked all of it up. I couldn't eat anything but the tasteless fried tofu junks. Food needs some serious improvement or they will not...

Horrible service. I went there today at lunch. I waited at least 10 minutes and never got acknowledged. I was next at the counter. There was no one in front of me. The person who should have been taking my order was more concerned with getting delivery orders out. I was so taken aback by the lack of acknowledgement and the ineffective practices, I literally looked to the security guard (yes security which is an entirely different issue) to ask him if I was missing something. Never again. Get staff that understands what good customer service looks...
