Horrible experience her today with Derius customer service. The agent couldn’t update the plan, couldn’t upgrade the equipment and couldn’t schedule a technician visit. I asked exactly what can I get done here and his response was “a lot of things” “ do you want me to list them?”. There’s no point for this store to be in a central location when 75% of the customers are walking out without actual service. Security was also ride she’s looking at her phone and I asked her do I need to check in with her since she’s sitting at a podium. She just say have a seat. Pointless...

The optimum store, located on Broad Street in Newark NJ has some of the most knowledgeable and respectful members, my recent visit was a very nice one and the associate who assisted me took her time and explained to me everything clearly so I would understand, she talked to me and not at me , she was extremely patient and wasn't bothered with all my questions and I appreciated that, I'm truly satisfied with my phone and the accessories that I purchased from there.
