Three Levels Lounge & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Newark

From walking in the music was good but the bartenders attitude was very stand off ish and she was not very pleasant AT ALL. This is not my first time here where her attitude has been displayed this way. The first time I brushed it off because I figured she may not be having a good day. As we are all entitled to. However , today her attitude was not pleasant. On the walk in I asked about hookah and she said yes we have hookah I asked if we could get one she said the girl wasn’t there and would come in a second. Meanwhile I ordered a corona and wings. I’ll never go back.They wings were disgusting and over cooked. Barely any flavor. After she gave me my food she sat at the bar and started eating herself. She didn’t once ask if I needed anything else or if I wanted another drink. We had to call her to come to us to order further. Horrible experience honestly when we ask after eating where was the hookah she shrugs her shoulders and said she doesn’t know. The girl isn’t answering in a very non chalant way as if she didn’t care that’s what we were there for. There were webs hanging from the ceiling over my drink and holes in the walls. The kitchen looks filthy and matches the attitudes of the staff at the bar. She is thin tall and normally wears box braids. Please do not waste your time. Also we went at 4 and only stayed for less than 30 minutes. She added gratuity after giving the worse service. She does not ever deserve a tip with the attitude she gives her customers. They need a whole new staff . I...

I unfortunately would never come back again just based on the service. Aside from bringing drinks to the table, the server never came back, never acknowledged us. He only seemed to be interested in serving people he knew or liked. The place was pretty empty when we first got there, except for one person. Other people came in after, which the server immediately addressed and serviced with food and drinks. It's extremely unfortunate because this place was actually nice inside, had a live DJ playing great music and the mimosa pitcher I had was good. The service was just SEVERELY lacking. Based on the reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue, possibly with the same server. Long story short, we paid for the pitcher and went to another establishment to eat. Can't say that I'll ever be back, or if I do, perhaps I need to come on another day when that particular server is...

I can tell this place is a vibe by all the Lazer lights. I came to this establishment on a Sunday. I had ordered a pitcher of mimosa which is part of a bottomless special, within a certain time frame. I figured I'd pre-game before my Date arrived. Being African American, I try to show love to any Black owned establishment no matter where I am in the U.S or around the World. I showed up early enough before it got crowded. Me and my date, waited, and waited, and waited, and waited to no avail; to get service !!!

I felt if you're a regular;;; you DEF gonna get tended too & served, if you came from the Boogie Down Bronx like I did cause you heard the food was good, I was highly disappointed by the wait time.
