Subway — Restaurant in Newnan

My recent experience at the Subway store was disappointing and frustrating. As a customer who was traveling and needed a quick stop to feed my family, I expected to find a wide selection of fresh ingredients for our sandwiches. However, I was met with a desolate situation: there were no cookies for my daughter, and the lack of onion, pepper, and tomato left our food options very limited.

I understand that supply issues can arise, but it is unacceptable for a store like Subway to not be fully stocked, especially during peak hours. This lack of foresight turned what should have been a quick and convenient stop into a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Despite these shortcomings, I must highlight that the service of the employee who assisted me was friendly and professional. However, I cannot overlook the fact that the establishment was not operating at 100% capacity.

In summary, my visit to Subway was a total letdown. I urge the management to take action to ensure that their store is always fully stocked and ready to meet the needs of their customers. As a consumer, I hope that my experience serves as a wake-up call to improve the quality of service at this...

i normally go here but half of my sandwhich tastes like actual soap. like either soap water or they had washed their hands and didn’t put on gloves or something. because i literally can’t eat the other half of my sub and this is the only meal i can afford today. so that’s great. please be careful whatever made it taste like this

JUST CAME BACK TODAY 7/19 AND YOU SWITCHED THE BREAD AGAIN! i ordered 2 sandwhichs and you’ve switched them almost EVERY time. We have to order off two different apps just for you to get it right. My brother and I placed an online order just as we walked in even though you are supposed to wait 15 minutes. We figured we'd just enjoy our chips and drinks as we waited 15 minutes but they noticed some oversights in our order and checked with us for several things. For example: "No cheese?" and "No sauces or seasonings?" They were happy to make the changes for us.

Since it was our mistake they could've just finished making them as the order specified. I really appreciate their attention to details and willingness to get us what we actually wanted. Top notch service!
