My recent experience at the Subway store was disappointing and frustrating. As a customer who was traveling and needed a quick stop to feed my family, I expected to find a wide selection of fresh ingredients for our sandwiches. However, I was met with a desolate situation: there were no cookies for my daughter, and the lack of onion, pepper, and tomato left our food options very limited.
I understand that supply issues can arise, but it is unacceptable for a store like Subway to not be fully stocked, especially during peak hours. This lack of foresight turned what should have been a quick and convenient stop into a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
Despite these shortcomings, I must highlight that the service of the employee who assisted me was friendly and professional. However, I cannot overlook the fact that the establishment was not operating at 100% capacity.

Read moreMy brother and I placed an online order just as we walked in even though you are supposed to wait 15 minutes. We figured we'd just enjoy our chips and drinks as we waited 15 minutes but they noticed some oversights in our order and checked with us for several things. For example: "No cheese?" and "No sauces or seasonings?" They were happy to make the changes for us.
Since it was our mistake they could've just finished making them as the order specified. I really appreciate their attention to details and willingness to get us what we actually wanted. Top notch service!
