It's been a year since going to this location and leaving a bad review. So we gave them a chance on 9/28, last Wednesday. It was just as bad. They weren't busy at all and there was no one at the door for a couple of minutes to seat us. We finally got a table and the waitress finally came to the table after 7 minutes, which I'm ok with if thewere busy. And she was already complaining about the kitchen not wanting to do their job. Even before we ordered she was flustered. We got two out of the three orders finally but still had no silverware. Waitress walked by and we asked and she forgot, so I went up to the take out area, which there is silverware close by. The girl working that area told me she would let my waitress know instead of just handing me silverware. 🤯 The workers that were actually there were walking around like zombies and just chatting. Again maybe had 6 tables in the establishment. Finally got the third meal and it was awful. The new Flatbread pizza. There was hardly any cheese on it and was missing other ingredients. On top of that the app meal that we order was missing the chicken on the nachos. They finally brought out a small container of chicken but by that time the nachos were cold. Again waitress complaining about the kitchen and that the manager was back there cooking and didn't know what they were doing. This location has failed with others in this location spot. I guess that ground is cursed. So after year since my last horrible expression here, I will give them another year before I will be back to see if they are either still there or if they fix the internal issues.
