This is the first and last time I bring my family to the full serve portion of the restaurant.
Let’s start with #1:
When we first walked in, we waited and then were taken to our seats. The floor was sleeping and I almost fell while carrying my infant in his carrier car seat. Not a single waitress or hostess even asked if we were okay even though at least 5 different people saw it happen.

The waitress took a little while to get to the table but she was nice so it wasn’t that big of a deal. However, I guess it must’ve been coming close to the end of her shift because she didn’t ever ask if we needed refills. Then she dropped the check and I put cash in the envelope. I put $60 in for a $52 bill(which is outrageous for a fast food place). The waitress then took the envelope and said “have a nice day” and never came back to the table. She essentially gifted herself a $7 tip without even asking. I was already going to leave her a pretty sizable tip due to how nice she was, but I at least would of liked to of had my change so I could’ve had the option of deciding how much to tip her. I guess she must be used to people with kids stiffing her or something but I’ve been a waitress before and know how hard a job it can be so yeah, that’s not me. I also didn’t get a receipt for after I paid.

The food was cold. The fries were hard. If I knew this would cost me the price it did for the quality of the food I would of done self serve or would’ve went to Cracker Barrel where I would’ve spent nearly the same amount for better food.
Overall, I am highly disappointed and will just go to the chick fila at Thomas crossroads...
Read moreI am disappointed on the level of service, attitude and unfriendliness of this location. We went in to sit on the restaurant side, so as we approach the host area, the young lady looked at us and walked away, leaving us to stand for 5 minutes until Ms. Linda came to seat us. Then we had the displeasure of getting a young lady named Hayley, who could have cared less anyone was sitting in her section. I am not asking for a parade but a friendly smile and welcome goes a long way on the customer service side. Got to the end of the meal before we had to ask Linda for a refill on drinks because Hayley was nowhere to be found. The only time she perked up is when we got ready to leave.
I am not sure what has happened to Chick-fil-A as a whole. The company is based on a Christian foundation but the mission statement has been lost in the mix. You are not vetting your employees to see if they really believe in "loving thy neighbor". All I have encountered is hostile young people who are forced to get a job and could care less about the values that started this company. My daughter worked at the location in Alpharetta and was crushed when she made the decision to quit due to being bullied, talked about and witnessing behavior that even Jesus would faint. We did not eat at Chick-fil-A again until we moved to Newnan and thought maybe we were being to sensitive with the other location. Well, our thoughts about the company is spot on and even this location needs to have a Jesus moment and find out who and why they employ people who really do not believe in the mission statement.
Never will I support this...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the history of chick-fil-a! We have had several problems off and on at this restaurant however today the manager not only was rude and arrogant that he committed credit card fraud and theft which will be reported. The manager on today's date, Saturday September 13th 2025 was a younger white man probably in his early 30s. We had ordered several original chicken biscuits and one original chicken fillet without the biscuits. All of the fillets were spicy which my son nor I could eat. We both took a bite off of one so I took two that we had not bitten off of back and asked to please either refund my money or replace those two with the original Chick-fil-A fillet chicken biscuits. This manager took them from me told me that he would not refund my money and that he would not give me the correct ordered items and then walked off taking those two biscuits with him. So that is for theft and credit card fraud comes into play because he took something I had purchased without permission and he also charged the credit card that did not give me "good for service' This issue will not only be reported to the main office at Chick-fil-A but it will also be reported to my credit card company as a fraudulent purchase, as well as to the better Business bureau and local chamber...
