AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Used to LOVE this place and have been coming off/on since they opened. I’m not one to complain about this kind of stuff but had to try very hard to stay calm while there. Staff were extremely rude, had unbelievably poor customer service and it seems everyone here must hate their jobs. Was not busy in the least when we arrived and the servers don’t even have to take orders from the tables anymore. Multiple people were ‘put out’ from the first second we got there. The couple in front of us asked some basic questions about their advertised gluten free options and we saw what we were in store for; the wait staff clearly had no idea about any of it and was not in the mood to find out much. My wife is very lactose intolerant (gets very sick) asked about whether or not a couple items had milk in them. ‘I don’t know, I don’t make the sauces’ in a very rude/offended voice. When we asked about a few other options to see what didn’t have dairy in it, she then said, ‘well she can just get the sauce on the side unless you want me to ask about EVERY sauce we have since I don’t make them and have no idea.’ I was taken aback and said ‘well what good is it to get it on the side if she can’t eat it? It would be good to know if there is anything she can have that doesn’t have it in it.’ Got an annoyed huff as she stormed to the back. Not sure why I left a tip at all…then had to ask about the WiFi password and a different server stared at us and said, ‘well it’s written on a chalkboard that you can go see but if you really want it I can write it on a sticky note.’ No indication of where the magical chalkboard was. Then after getting our food, was told there was no avocados which was a main part of the wraps and my fish sandwich was a soggy mess of liquidy coleslaw. Thankfully at least the beer was still ok but wasn’t going to stay for more than one. Very sad as was a place we always had to come to first during our trips. No more unfortunately…not that they would...

I ordered the double stack of nachos with chicken and was disappointed overall.
Portion size: outstanding
Chicken: was not worth the extra fee for chicken, which was dry and an only consisted of 5-6 small slivers.
Cheese: canned cheese, just like a carnival, sports venue, or amusement park. It’s that disgusting “cheese” with too much sodium, sugar and preservatives.
Bathroom: I don’t normally include this on a review but the paper towel holder in the bathrooms here is probably the worst that I have ever used… Or rather try to use. It is one of those where you have to hit the bottom lever to get the paper to display – which completely defeats the purpose of washing your hands in the first place – and then when you go to pool on the half inch sliver of paper that is exposed it is so thin and flimsy that it tears off into a shred. I ended up drying my hands with a toilet seat, cover from the toilet stall, and also opened the door handle with it as well.
The ladder bags, a much more concerning question related to the sign inside the men’s restroom. The sign displayed talks about how long and how frequent you should wash your hands… I would hope that employees wash their hands in the kitchen instead of the bathroom here, as There is no foot pedal installed on the door. As a result, you must open the door with your hand only. I wonder if the person who installed this signage in the bathroom about washing your hands effectively even thought about this? To the restaurant general manager, you need to install both a foot pedal and also a door handle that is minimalistic. And also work on the...
Read moreHoping they are working out the kinks in these early weeks. Waitress was very nice but there were some major blindspots in her service. Orders were entered incorrectly in the handheld she was using and it was the kids food, very hungry kids. Instead of leaving the messed up order as a 'freebie' or just the fries for the kids to nibble on, she took it all back and had it redone which took much longer. $12 bowl of chowder was literally one ladle full and the veggies were barely tender. Asked for ketchup for 4 kids and never came. Had to go ask the host. 10 min later the waitress came with ketchup. Fried pickles were spears not chips, but still tasty. Will try again. It must not be easy to use those devices at the table. Hard to pay attention to customer and...
