I stopped in to grab my first pumpkin spice latte of the season yesterday and noticed that the girl working at the counter (short blonde hair...I wish I would have gotten her name) who was going above and beyond to keep up with orders and a long line, all while being there by herself. She was quick to tell everyone waiting that hadn't ordered, that she would be right with you. She smiled. She even drew a smiley face on my cup. She was sweet as could be, and I just wanted to say that I noticed, and I hope that she's recognized. In this day and age, it's hard to find people who give exemplary customer service.
