If I could give this store zero stars I would. I am so upset right now and I know it is just food but this store continuously is rude to customers and messes up orders. My first bad experience at this chipotle was when I went into the store to place An order. They told me they weren’t taking mobile orders and to use the app. I used the app in my phone and it said that something was wrong and to try again, I showed them this and they told me to keep trying. I tried to see if it was WiFi or a problem with my phone but nothing worked. Shortly after another woman came up to the register and said how she was having problems with the app as well. It showed the same screen. They barely even acknowledged her and turned back. I was in shock and the lady next to me continued to try to get the app to work. At this point I was on the verge of tears because I felt so disrespected. I left the store and went and got playa bowls. My second bad experience I ordered from home on door dash. I received my order just fine. I have never had any problems with door dash. I started to eat my burrito and got a mouth full of lettuce, I continued to eat and then noticed that the chicken was near black and the rice was crunchy and uncooked. I opened up the burrito and discovered it was mostly lettuce and guacamole. The guacamole being almost white in color. I don’t know much about guacamole but I know it’s supposed to be green. I put in a complaint and received a free entree saying that they would also be going to the Newtown location. I was happy with this outcome My third experience which was today is my last and final straw. I ordered a taco for my mom and a burrito for me. This was done on door dash, again nothing wrong with them. I received my order and saw a bowl and a small taco that was very poorly wrapped in tinfoil. No burrito. I didn’t even order a bowl. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I filed another complaint and cried. I then drove to the langhorne location and ordered a burrito in person, I have no complaints with this location.

Read moreUnfortunately, my husband and I got sick after eating at the Newtown location last year & we both never felt comfortable returning. That being said, I am disappointed to see so many recent 1 & 2 star reviews related to restaurant cleanliness and certain food items being undercooked or unavailable. I just placed an order for delivery, on the Chipotle app, for the Fairless Hills location (set as my preferred location) and unfortunately it rerouted to Newtown’s location since I live in the area. I tried to call the Newtown location right away to discuss my concerns and cancel my order. I attempted more than 3 times without any answer. I was directed on the app to contact someone via the “pepper chat” located on the app. The representative on the app could not do anything related to the order because a delivery driver was already assigned & my order was placed on the app. The sad part is a driver was assigned way after I tried to fix the issue. I also used my birthday “free guac” and the guac was not in the order when it arrived. We, unfortunately, had to waste food due to our apprehension from prior experience with falling ill.
I called customer support, who escalated some of the issue. I was able to receive a refund, which I am thankful for. On the other hand, my MAIN issue, regarding the sanitary conditions, was not fully addressed. I was told to contact the store directly, but that doesn’t seem to be an option since no one answers the phone and I’m not sure if the person writing back to some of these reviews is the owner, because why has the ongoing problem not been resolved? I absolutely love chipotle but this location needs to be addressed. Someone needs to fix the issue that it is not sanitary. Read moreI am a DoorDash driver. I was treated harshly at Chipotle Mexican grill 2940 south eagle road in Newtown at 6:00pm today. I pick up the meal for the guest. About half an hour has passed since the scheduled time for picking up the meal, but I didn't see the order in the meal picking area. In the past, this store had lost orders. I wanted to confirm the status of the order, and I stood outside the counter and asked a female staff member. At this time, a white male violently scolded the female staff member and told her to ignore me and continue working! I asked him what he meant, and he said I shouldn't have entered his kitchen. I let him see clearly, I was outside the counter, and he rudely drove me out! I said I wanted to make a complaint and asked his name, he pointed to the business card at the counter and said that it was him, let me do whatever I wanted! I took one, and his business card showed his name was Jason Duckenfield, General Manager. He has a rough attitude towards me and his behavior is arrogant and unreasonable. I guess he thinks an Asian food delivery person can be treated roughly, right? I hope such people leave the service industry! He doesn't even understand the basic respect for others! Or does he think Asian food delivery staff need no respect? ! As he wished, I first issued his business card in the evaluation area! Hope he is satisfied!
