Starbucks — Restaurant in Niles Township

I like Starbucks, I like it very much, but this one, not the best experience. After all, we pay a lot more than usual coffee shops because of experience. Coffee is coffee. Every single time I went to this Starbucks, I got something wrong with my order and had to get back to counter to get it done right, and to be honest, I’m not even one of picky people who are so Precise about their order like half of once of this and once of that and not too cold not too hot person, all I ask is CHAItea Latte with soy, done. It wouldn’t be too hard to add right amount of everything by the book and get me the same drink as the other Starbucks, or maybe I’m just too picky paying $4,5 for a little cup of drink?! Drink was good but service was terrible. The girl who took my order must have had a bad day but gave me the most attitude ever and made faces at her screen as I said my order. I wish I remembered her name but she had braids and was a little taller. I asked for venti and when I got my drink it was a grande and I explained that I ordered venti and the girl said she can remake but i’d have to get back in line and pay for a venti when I already payed over $7. I said loud and clear I wanted a venti why should I have to wait in line all over again to pay more when it was their mistake? Where I work we don’t charge customers extra for our mistake's. This location had quite a bit of a wait even though the service was pretty good. Frankly, I only went because I had a gift certificate. I find Starbucks coffee tastes rather burnt. I also see right through the pretmarketing. Nice company, meh coffee. Homogeneity and gentrification isn't my thing. If you're in this area, you won't find many locally owned and operated coffee shops where the focus is on high quality, fair trade, and responsibly sourced coffee if at all.
