McDonald's — Restaurant in Norco

TO McDonald’s On Thursday close to 9:00 AM my Caregiver n I went to your McDonald’s on hidden valley to have Breakfast Never have I seen such terrible management. (Mariam) The Lobby Worker was rude, n one of your workers came out of the back just to start trouble. I copied the review I sent your McDonald’s. Read it n it will give in detail what happened... Thursday 5-19-22 My Caregiver n I walked into McDonald’s on Hidden Valley Pkwy Thurs AM. I told the Mang. I wanted #8.. which came with coffee or a DRINK. She asked if I wanted coffee. My caregiver spoke up n told her I wanted a drink... she kept staring at me like I / we were from mars... my Caregiver gave her order n was given one cup for her drink... she then asked where my cup was... the mang said I didn’t order a drink.... my caregiver told her we did order a drink n the mang (Mariam) was so disrespectful. After sitting down the lobby worker asked if everything was ok n I said no... my caregiver said it was ok n the guy said then I DONT HAVE to give u a gift card (Wirh an attitude that was as bad as the mang) so I spoke up n said oh yes u do... he reluctantly gave me one... then out of left field one of the workers told my Caregiver if she didn’t like the service she could get out. It seemed like the workers wanted to keep the argument going... Then in the back the other workers were drinking n having a good ole time... I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s again!!

And after All the rudeness we went to another McDonald’s the next day n tried to use the gift card n it was...

If there was an award for terrible speed, this location would get it. I had an order for 2 large fries that I was getting as carry-out. If that translates to "not a big deal, ignore them, not my problem" or some other code I don't know.

The cashier was nice, the order was placed quickly and then everything went down from there. It took about 20 minutes for the team to go through orders well after mine that included large and medium fries for them to apparently realize they hadn't given my order any attention. I was given a nervous laugh about mediocre prepped fries being ready to go.

During my wait staff made poor attempts at humor that it might be a while without any indication as to why. By the time they shuffled my order over I was already planning to ask for a refund instead because of the amount of time wasted with no order to show for it.

If you're in a hurry, this isn't the location to visit especially if you're doing a walk-in to avoid trying to fit in the incredibly tight drive-thru setup here.

Hopefully someone does something about this, 20 minutes for fries at a McDonald's is crazy. Being dumped to last priority over other people who ordered after you is even worse.

Personally, I'll go to another location and avoid this entirely, it's always had issues and apparently they're even worse...

So earlier today my son forgot his iPad sitting next to him in the booth and was so oblivious didn’t realize it till we got home in Irvine an hour later……….smh! So even tho it took me awhile to get ahold of someone there at this McDonald’s location to see if they can find it, I finally got ahold of the Manager Joshua and he said that he had noticed it earlier already and it was safe and secured. He was kind enough to put it in the managers safe for me till we would be back up there on Monday to pick it up. So I personally want to commend him in being a decent and honest person on top of being an employee says a lot of the kind of character in a person that McDonald’s has working for them and he should be rewarded in some way. If the McDonald’s organization would allow me to pay him a gratuity of some sort we would like to. My wife and I and our son who’s going to learn to be more mindful of his things are very appreciative and...
