Arby's — Restaurant in Norman

We get food from this Arby's all the time because we live near by. We always have to order like extra bacon on the BLT's otherwise they won't put hardly any on there. We have to order extra au jus or they will only give you about 2 tablespoons of it! We had to tell them to please not chop up the bacon into tiny bits because the tiny bits fall out of the sandwich. They actually think if they chop up the bacon slices that's extra bacon! I pay for extra bacon so I expect there to be extra bacon.I just noticed there wasn't tomato on my BLT! I called the manager to let them know and he asked me if I have my receipt. Like I'm lying about them not putting tomato on my BLT? Seriously? I spent nearly 35 dollars tonight not to mention we spent 35 just 3 days ago. When I found my receipt the manager hung up the phone! I tried calling back in case it was an accident that he hung up, but no! They wouldn't answer the phone! It's ridiculous how unprofessional they are and how they mess up your order nearly every single time...

went here last night with my mom, friend & her boys. firstly upon walking in (the dining room was completely empty) we wanted to go ahead & find a booth but ALL of the booths & tables were dirty, every single one except maybe two tables with chairs in the far back by the windows. i ended up just grabbing some napkins & swiping off all the crumbs from the booth & table we wanted to sit at. then the bathroom was a disaster, there was poop smeared on the floor in the stall & on the front of the toilet & the whole bathroom smells like mildew, like there’s been a leak somewhere & now it’s moldy. the food was okay, it came out pretty quick but neither me or my moms fries or sandwiches were hot they were just warm, i don’t know about my friends sandwich but her & the boys fries were just lukewarm, i think the only food that came out fresh were the kids chicken nuggets. overall would not recommend dine in, i feel like ive had better experience with going through their drive...

Every time we come to this location they get our order wrong. Generally I don't go back, but tonight I did because I paid $11 for a half pound sandwich and got 2 slices of roast beef on a bun. We had to wait 10 mins for hot fries in the drive thru and got home and our order was wrong. When I went back to get the order corrected they acted like I was wrong for complaining then asked for hot fries since ours were now cold and we had already waited extra for hot fries. I was totally ignored and the correct sandwich thrown on the counter. I often wonder why so many places are closing in Norman and I'm sure this is part of it. Who wants to pay $25 for two sandwhiches, fries and a drink to then have the wrong items or be inconvenienced to drive all the way back for them to correct their mistake and get treated like I was...
