Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in North Attleborough

I seldom Ever leave reviews, but had a terribly disappointing experience! I will say we did like our waitress she was just very busy. After we sat done, took some time but we ordered drinks and our meals, after about 10 mins my wife's drink came out and was informed my beer would be delayed... she asked if I wanted something different so I ordered a bluemoon.... 20 mins goes by and my beer finally comes out and our meals.. I ordered the 12oz ribeye medium rare. (pink) I cut into it and it was well done and hard... A long time goes by and the waitress stops by and asks me about the steak and I informed her of the issue, she immediately went to her manager, the manager then proceeded to take care of take out containers and other small items ignoring me... 10 minutes goes by and he comes by seemingly annoyed, I explain this issue and he offers to remake it... another 20mins goes by, my wife is done with her meal... mine finally comes back out the manager drops it and walks away, you would think he would have me check it... I start to eat it and realize its raw.. so I eat my side dishes (potatoes were ice cold).. some more time goes by we only had our one drink and have been there now for at least 1hr 30mins... Waitress notices I didn't touch my meal and asks, I explain that its under cooked... She says something to the manager who again takes a long time to even come over, asks me in an annoyed tone and I explain it to him, he looks at me and doesn't say much so at this point I just want to Leave and said I will just take it home, he says ok and walks away... I ask for a 2go container and tried to pay with the tablet but it isn't work correctly, and we were charged for the first beer I never got... the waitress has to get the manager to help who again takes forever!! finally we get the paper bill and pay it, Took 2hrs from start to finish and I never even got a meal I could eat. The lack of caring by the management is...

Displeased with the racial profiling I encountered last night, i am a hardworking professional and there is never a need to accuse not only myself, but my party consisting of my partner and her cousin for dine and dashing just because 2 of us stood up to go use to bathroom ( keep in mind all 3 of us stood up because her cousin had her blocked in on the booth) be advised once in the bathroom they had the staff bunched by the bathroom doors while I did my business in the men’s bathroom and my partner did her business in the women’s bathroom, as we proceeded to walk back to our table to take care of the bill there was an awkward commotion with the manager stepping out but not coming up to us nor any of the staff including our waiter as we waited to proceed with payment, it was very disheartening and humiliating to be accused of dine and dashing when we clearly have the funds and are not those kinds of people, of course this is north Attleboro where the majority of the staff was Caucasian and my party are fair skinned Hispanics, disappointed in Applebees, never again, and to the waiter who looked like he was High and had the audacity to accuse us, Shame on you, to the manager who cowardly walked around and retreated back into his office without understanding our side of the situation, Shame on you, Applebees never again that’s why your competitors are...

If i could give this place a 0 star, I would. Last week , my wife and I and my two neices went into this establisment, as we entered , there was a little wait , a family of five and another family of three, okay no problem we figured there would be a wait since it was saturday. Upon entering the resturant did not seem busy, okay fine. There was no greeting, no host, we were all just standing there wondering whats going on. Ten mins passed, the family of five were seated, the other family of three left. So as we waited, another 15 mins passed and still no greeting, no asking of how many are in our party, we thought the two young boys were bussboys, including the older gentleman who walked toward the podium, no greeting or anything from him as well( prob the manager at the time) . I just need to let everyone know this establishment is very unprofessional, they do not care about their customers because if so after waiting almost thirty mins, something or someone would at least say something (Just want you guys to know I work in retail so I understand if there is an understaff, but they just stood there looking around) eventually we left after no service, but regarding not even eating there, I wouldnt even give them the time and day to enter this...
