I’m surprised with the low score. The staff was the happiest Starbucks staff I’ve encountered and are very well time-managed and pay attention to detail all the while.
I read the negative reviews but many of them were by people whose time management made going to Starbucks too close to their work start time an impossibility to avoid tardiness. Most employers would not accept a Starbucks-based excuse as a reason for tardiness, especially when all the punctual people had Starbucks cups at their desk. Starbucks can’t yet use time warps for any customer with poor occupational time management. And while Starbucks may provide a significant energy boost, no product of theirs has yet been based on the works of Stephen Hawking, Neil DeGrasse Tyson or Michio Kaku.
Please, customers who write reviews based on expectations of services an establishment never offered, please keep the review about what they DO provide. And if you’re late to work every day because of a Starbucks visit that took too long, while the majority of workers do show up on time, often making time to visit the exact same Starbucks as you, maybe the variable is your habits and not the incompetence of any Starbucks employee.
Starbucks is available for delivery on platforms like Postmates as well. You could be on time and pool in with others at your job. Just...
Read moreOn March 25, 2025, I went through the drive-thru and ordered at the intercom. After waiting for a short period of time, nobody spoke, so I drove to the window and placed my order. I thought maybe it wasn’t out of service
As I approached the window, Isaiah greeted me and told me to wait. Then he approached the window and said, "BRO, I have to place an order at the box". When I explained that I had stopped there, no one responded, so I proceeded to the next window.
In his words, they were very busy and I was required to go back around or come into the store to place my order. I asked him could he please take my order here at the window because I had to get back to work. He refused to accept my order. When I asked for a manager, he informed me that he was the manager.
When I stated that I had already waited online to place my order and did not have time to go around the store, he told me to go to another location and closed the window in my face.
As a loyal customer for more than five years, I was taken away by the rudeness of this gentleman. As a brand known for its welcoming, professional atmosphere, Starbucks needs...
Read moreWent here on a Saturday afternoon craving a cup of coffee, I had no phone due to it being repaired so I couldn’t place an online order. When I pulled up the drive thru was bombarded with cars waiting, so to me it made obvious sense to go inside and order. After standing in line for about 10 mins one of the only 2 ladies working behind the counter had the audacity to tell me that she can’t take my order at the moment as she is super busy with the drive thru, and for me to join the queue at the drive thru which was massive. I was legit flabbergasted, my reaction was only that of HUH ! OK TY ! I was so shocked I had no other words and drove myself to a local coffee shop that will be my new go to spot. I don’t blame her at all as she seemed overwhelmed manning the place with only one other person. I blame the establishment for being severely understaffed at such a busy time. Hire more employees so they can accommodate large crowds. Being turned away due to being busy at a large chain eatery is something I’ve never actually experienced and left me shocked to say the least😳. …SUPPORT YOUR...
