I would leave zero stars if I could. This particular location needs to get their act together.
I am a Doordash ebike delivery person and I went ahead and called them to be proactive getting more information about an order. I was already going to be late because of the long line.
The person who answered the phone I later found out it was the manager. She told me to wait in line and go to the speaker and give us the name. I told her I was on an E bike and she said wait In line.
I got to the speaker and apparently I didn’t show up in the cameralands. Nobody answered I tried getting somebody to answer with the greeting.
I eventually let the car behind me go and I told them to do me a favor. Please tell them in DoorDash guys in front of you with an order.
Apparently the car did not do this. Unfortunately. Because the fast food workers denied this statement.
I waited in line for 30 minutes. The guy at the first window said I should have gone up right away and waited alongside the cars. I explained the entire situation to him. He asked for the delivery name several times and eventually told me it will just be started now.
At the second window they ask for the name several more times. They say it’s not ready yet. I asked for an ETA and they don’t answer and ignore me. Several people in line got their food before I do.
An extreme amount of my time was wasted over false information. A manager and everybody on the crew needs to be replaced. Or they just need to get better training and get their act together. Complete Failure on their part....

After placing my order, I went to use the restroom which was very clean. After getting my food, there was a small issue with my nuggets. The manager on duty was on top of it. Not only did he immediately acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter, he took one look at my nuggets and did not skip a beat when he went to grab me new nuggets. I feel like at other fast food restaurants, there would have been pushback. This manager provided exceptional customer service and is in business to make sure customers have a great experience. Not only was the staff super friendly, the restaurant as a whole, was very clean. The fountain drinks were all in working order. I feel like anytime I go to a fast food place with the freestyle machines, half the sodas/flavors are out. Just wanted to take the time to shout out the manager working this evening. He's doing...

They tried to make me go around the line again and accused me of “cutting the line”, however I was the only one in the drive thru- no one else was there. They wanted me to go around to say the name into the speaker, which made no sense bcuz I was speaking to them face to face- why can’t I just tell you the name right now? It makes no sense to go all the way around when we are two people talking to each other. I just had someone tell me right now that the people working here at Wendy’s on Tonnelle always give a problem and are rude so now I’m not surprised.
