I have no idea what is going on with this place recently, but it’s beyond bad! A few weeks ago my client came from DC and was Nice enough to order me a salad on her way to her appointment with me. 3 meals and they Forgot my salad. I don’t know if she went back for it, but I know she called and someone She spoke to said there was “a few problems this morning with the drive through”. The following week I drove all the way over there to get myself a salad and when I got to work to eat it, no salad dressing at all. I couldn’t drive back before my next client and it Was bad by time I got done that night. They did say they would make another, I Got it a few days later, and I appreciated that. Tonight was the last straw for me, the young man taking the money, opened the window, doesn’t say a word, not a hi, bye, thank you, the price, or even ask me what I ordered, just complete silence. Mind you I have had the same experience with him before on two other occasions. It’s so weird and awkward every time, but tonight when he slammed the change in my hand, that was just too much. I never experienced that before. Like he is mad at the whole world. Now I know this man doesn’t know who I am or that my order wad screwed up before, because my client is the one who got it. The wait for the food never bothered me, I’m patient, and I’m very Courteous when I order, (please, thank you, yes maam,no maam) but when I pull up I get treated like that, and there is 8 people in the front, one is drawing on a cup, and they All cutting up, even the chef,( and only Two were actually taking orders or packing) it doesn’t make no sense. I don’t even do reviews bc I know what it’s like to have employees mess things up. Things happen. But this being like the third time I had this weird, uncalled for experience, it’s showing that management must not care to let employees continuously act like that.    Read moreFirst off the customer service at this location is absolute trash. Your employees are unorganized, unsanitary, and extremely unprofessional. My husband and I went through your drive through for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and an original sandwich meal. After handing us the wrong drinks 3 times and handing us the incorrect food. The person at the window literally had to ask what our order was. I paid them with $8 in cash and the rest should have been on card. Unfortunately the employees also don’t understand cash management and are incapable of managing a POS system. Picture below is the incorrect charge. I called the manager asking for a refund because my experience is inexcusable. Not only did I get the wrong food, but management clearly does not know how to run a business. I would greatly appreciate it if management would follow up with me since they have my name and number and I would also like it if they would respond with corporate information and maybe someone who is more capable of giving me my money back.
Some more bullet points: -your employees shouldn’t be standing on their phone at the window when someone has been waiting for 12 minutes in drive -hygiene is usually a standard and your employees BO practically leached through the window -POS system management should be taken more seriously.    Read moreDank as hell as always. Used to clean the hoods there and inspect the systems and extinguishers and both locations are some of the cleanest I ever worked in out of hundreds. Even when they're busy I never wait more than a few mins inside. I'll wait longer at The McDonald's in Hampstead Everytime than I do here. Get the teriyaki chicken finger plate with extra toast instead of coleslaw and go ahead and get them extra zax sauces. And NEVER eat at the Asian restaurants around town. By far the nastiest, bug filled, road kill dragging in the back door, have NO idea how they're not shut down places I ever inspected.. literally caught one place with the 2 lion statues dragging a deer they hit in the back one night... To me that's not as bad as the 200 dead roaches that fell outta the control head box and all over the table, cutting board, and meat the employee was cutting up.. then he proceeded to wipe them away with the knife and kept chopping.. def chopping roaches and roach parts into the meat.. also had shrimp soaking in milk sitting on a trash can next to an open back door covered in flys.. you soak deer meat to get the gaminess out if it so I could imagine how old those shrimp were.
