Why isn't there a ZERO star rating available?
I swear to god, i don't know where they found these brain-dead mouth-breathers, but I'm befuddled. I pulled up to the drive-though at 10:45P (restaurant closes at 11:00P) and there was a hand-written paper sign saying "drive-thru closed-dine in only". I backed OUT of the drive through and parked, approached the door, and a girl sweeping the floor motioned for me to go to the drive-through. I pantomined to her the 'drive through is closed and said to go inside' and she motioned again to go through the drive through and began sweeping once more. I got BACK in my car, drove back through the drive through and addressed the speaker with the hand-written paper sign ONCE AGAIN. NO RESPONSE. NO RESPONSE. NO RESPONSE. Fortunately for me, there are plenty of other late-night options in the area, and I was happy to speed away from this establishment to make a purchase elsewhere.
Do i want coupons? No. Do I want an apology? No. I simply want these morons to wake up and figure out why they haven't made a single sale in god-knows-how-long, and why that might be. And to know that Corporate is watching your sales figures and if you get the hammer brought down on you, this may be a small...

Last time I decided to order ahead on the app. I went through the drive through, said I had a mobile order, and pulled ahead to wait. A couple minutes later, a lady came up to my car window and yelled that I needed to pull around the corner and wait because I was holding up the line. I pulled around and waited a total of 40 minutes before going back through the drive through to ask what happened. The lady said they had given my order to someone else. I asked twice if they would re make it before she agreed. I pulled forward again and a minute later, the lady at the window started yelling at me to pull around the corner again. I pulled around, waited a few more minutes and got my order. I understand orders get lost or given to the wrong customer but two different employees yelling at me two different times after they lost my order was a little...
Read moreThis location has always been our go-to spot after a long day at work, it’s a comfort stop for us, especially when we’re craving a good meal. On our recent visit, we chose the drive-thru to make things quick and easy. I was feeling happy and decided to take a short video while receiving our order, just to capture the moment. I completely understand that filming can make people uncomfortable, and I respect that.
One of the team members, Jacqueline, asked if she was in the video but the way she asked felt a bit abrupt and not very warm. I assured her she wasn’t included, but after handing us the food, she closed the window rather forcefully. It gave off a vibe that lacked the usual hospitality and kindness we’ve come to expect here.
