Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Charleston

My mother and I normally go here every morning. Though today it was the worst. We normally order two turkey sausage wakeup wraps and two egg and cheese wake up wraps. Though today we decided to order the egg and cheese wake up wraps and two egg and cheese English muffins add turkey sausage. As we all know at Dunkin there is a two for two deal on the egg and cheese wake up wraps and and a two for three deal on the turkey sausage wake up wraps. The egg and cheese English muffins are on a deal for two for three and on mine I added turkey sausage. My mother also ordered a coffee. After this we were shocked the total turned out to be 13.50. When we went to the window my mother asked why the total was so high. Some how the sandwich went from being 1.50 (two for three) to $4 for each sandwich. This was CRAZY my mother and I tried to take off the sandwiches but the man had already made them. He kept on telling us with an attitude that he had already made them and that the sandwiches we're four dollars each. Then there was a blonde lady that came up and started talking to us with a SERIOUS ATTITUDE. That the sandwiches we're not a apart of the deal if you add turkey sausage. We asked her why they were not like the wake up wraps. She said that is something different. So my mother told her to take off the coffee because we just cannot pay that much for breakfast. The total went down to 11.14 but the lady shoved the coffee in my mother's hands and told her to keep it. We will never be going there again. I am a sixteen years old girl and I would never treat people like that. Never go here unless you want to be treated as my mother and I have today.

I am a DD fan. I mean a BIG DD fan, and I spend a lot of dollars on Dunkalattes, and my job pretty much for coffee PRN all day everyday. I often go to this store, but they are consistently slower and take longer to notice humans approaching than a shop counter that faces the front should take. I do NOT know what is going on with this location, but the ordering kiosk always seems broken, and to get a cashier to pay any kind of attention to you to take your order, you need a miracle, and they seem to have the same # of people working as all the others in the area. Today this DD lost my business forever. Today was the final time I go in there to simply watch people ignore me for 7-10 minutes before I am priory enough to even greet me. I never order after waiting for approx 7 minutes after walking in, and I went to the bathroom, which was super gross and had no supplies, went back out to wait for another 5 or 7 minutes. When the same man had been waiting for a breakfast wrap when I had gotten there was STILL there 15-20 mins later, I just said forget about it, I'm over this. The man who was waiting said, "well I already paid for mine!" I apologized to him out of second-hand shame and wished him the best and left, with no coffee and a promise that I would not be back to this location. Look at my profile reviews, it is SO RARE that I write a negative review, and I don't enjoy doing it now. I would just like people to know that if they're in the Tanger/International area, you should go to Starbucks, bc this place...

SLOWWWWWW. This has got to be one of the slowest Dunkin' donuts on the East Coast. And when I say slow, I mean they are physically moving in slow motion. When I walked in there was 2 other customers waiting on their orders. No one in the drive-through. So I wait and wait and wait.... I'm thinking one of these other customers must have a large order, and then I realized what's going on. The workers are moving so slow I almost started to laughing. The best way to describe it is, the sloth at the dmv in the movie "Zootopia". The girl at the front counter disappears , she's gone for a good 3 minutes, then comes back with a small coffee for the guy that was waiting. Then she takes about another 2 minutes to grab the single donut that he was waiting on to complete his order. I finally get up to the front counter. The lack of enthusiasm, and level of lethargic energy from the cashier was mind blowing. I thought "Is there a carbon monoxide leak in this building??" Either that or they're moving this slow on purpose as a joke. It took 10 minutes (from when I walked in- to leave) to get my order (A coffee and 2 donuts). I wasn't in a rush so I'm not really upset about it but it would definitely be a problem for someone trying to be in-and-out .Food/coffee was mediocre, but I can't blame that necessarily on them. Service was terrible.
