Adrenaline Monkey Adventure Park — Attraction in North Charleston

I took my children, ages 3 and 5, here for the NYE Party. I’ve been looking forward to checking it out for a while but this was our first time. They handled everything so well! I was a little uncertain about their young ages and that the video games would steal the show, but the children were so engaged in the other activities they didn’t even pass another glance at them despite walking past them several times, and the play areas are very clearly adaptable to a variety of ages and developmental stages. The slides are so fun, the multiple climbing walls were a hit, and the staff handled everything so enthusiastically and smoothly. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday here last Sunday from 11-2. We booked the Adrenaline Rush package plus added an extra hour. It EXCEEDED our expectations. It was not cheap but worth every penny. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our party hosts and taken to the private room upstairs. The room has 3 look out balconies, which was probably my favorite part. The party hosts, Ebony, Jhaleeah, and Joseph were WONDERFUL. They always made sure the drinks were full, room was clean, and checked with me many times. When not helping out in the room, they were following our daughter to be sure she was safe and having fun. It really allowed my husband and I to relax and enjoy time with the guests. We were so excited to visit Adrenaline Monkey — we had heard great things and were really looking forward to the experience. We even brought our own grip socks, the same kind used in other indoor adventure parks.

But when we arrived, we were told our socks weren’t acceptable — even though they were identical in design and purpose — and that we had to purchase their branded socks instead. It honestly felt like a cheap money grab, and it left a really bad impression.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the attractions themselves are honestly amazing — fun, creative, and well-designed.
