Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Charleston

What is the point of putting one of the most visited coffee places on one of the highest traveled roads in North Charleston if you are going to have less than pleasant employees. Customers like myself don’t ask for much. A nice greeting, and a pleasant exchange of money and food. Simple you would think right? Wrong!! I will say, I did receive a nice greeting at the speaker but it was all downhill from there. What I encountered at the window was nothing short of angry, rude, and disrespectful employees. No one forced you out of bed and into work this morning. What employees fail to remember is that they are the face of the company, the company that they choose to work for. The company that I will not be revisiting. Yeah I am just one person and my business most likely will not be missed. But from the looks of these reviews I am not the only one. 5 stars all around. Most Saturdays, I like to treat myself to a morning coffee at my local Dunkin. Sometimes it’s busy, but I don’t mind the wait, because it is all worth it when Ms. Sabrina (who blesses the drive thru customers with her charm) is working. Ms. Sabrina is never without a smile and a positive attitude. Even when the line is crazy long, she is calm and pleasant. When they are out of an item I ordered, Ms. Sabrina always works with me on finding a substitute item that I will still be pleased with. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I visited Dunkin this morning and again was greeted by Ms. Sabrina, I had to let the rest of N. Fresh coffee, friendly faces, and fast service—Dunkin’ never disappoints! Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a fresh, perfectly brewed coffee that hits the spot. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure orders are right and customers are happy. My drink is always made just the way I like it, and the donuts? Soft, fresh, and delicious every single time (the glazed is my personal weakness).

I also appreciate how quickly they move during busy mornings—somehow managing to keep the line moving without making you feel rushed. This location is clean, well-stocked, and just has that welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back again and again.
