ALDI — Local services in North Charleston

I am very disappointed with the level of cleanliness I found at this store. I will stick to Summerville & Dorchester Rd. locations from now on. The amount of trash in the buggy corral should've sent me away, but I just wanted to get some groceries and go. Inside there was no cleaning wipes, no hand sanitizer and trash here and there on the floor. The shelves were decently neat, but again either no sanitizer or it was broken. I will say that every employee I saw was busy, no slacking, but it seemed that there were more doing the pick up orders than actual store operation! I get store pick up once a week from this Aldi. Every week I have a super pleasant experience they almost always have everything in stock that I ordered and my order is always ready in a timely fashion with very kind associates bringing my groceries out. Today I was greeted by JoJo with a super warm greeting. They asked me where in the car I wanted my groceries-which I thought was super nice as it was the first time someone had asked me that during a pick up order. They double checked that I had no questions or concerns about my order and even offered a third statement of assistance by making sure there was nothing else they could do for me. Went here with my husband. I went inside while he was supposed to be getting the cart. I was in the store for a few minutes getting impatient wondering where he was. I decided to go back outside to see what was causing the holdup. Low and behold he was out there in bewilderment after realizing that it cost 25 cents to get a cart!
