My wife really wanted Olive Garden today so we decided to make the trip and get it to go. Ordered online and that was pretty seamless. We placed our order and about 5 mins afterwards, we got a call from the restaurant. The gentlemen told me that they did not have any shrimp for my dish(Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara). I asked what I could substitute it for? He ran down a list and I asked if I could just get scallops in place of the shrimp. He said he'd check to make sure they had it but that's fine. We got there, checked in and got a food in about 15 mins. My wife went in to get a slice of Tiramisu cake with her food(Which she said was delicious by the way. Altogether the food, was 70.21 after tax. I'm not going to list every single thing we got, but pictured is a salad, Lasagna Fritta, and my Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The food was decent. What I wasn't happy about was that I got charged for the Scallop on my dish. I wasn't told that it would be an extra charge, nor would I assume it would've been since it was taking the place of shrimp, I could see if I asked for lobster or something. Anyways, my family was happy with their food and we ate on it for 2 days so it was worth the money in that sense. I would go again despite the charge. If you come here, hopefully you enjoy the visit. Take Care.

Beware do not eat or visit this Olive Garden. I went to this location and asked for their Gluton Free menu and the waitress would not provide one. Instead I had to find one item in their menu that listed gluton free noodles. The waitress refused to do her job and would not bring me my own salid minus croutons, yet placed the salid on my bill. When she brought out the order she had them mixed up and did not even know if mine was correct. She supposedly took it back to the kitchen and she said it was. The picture is what I was served. Olive Garden should be ashamed of this, I have never seen a presentation so horrible. When I contacted them the wanted me to call them and refused to call me. This came straight from the GM of the location. I have contacted their corporate office and have also received a cold shoulder. I would tell everyone not to go here because they do not care about their customers and is apparent by their service and food presentation. They have no regard for food allergies and the safety of their customers who could potentially become violently ill over this. If I could vote lower than one star I would. In 37 years I have never been to such a poor excuse for an Italian restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting. Here’s a picture of what I was served. This was the worst experience in a restaurant ever. Burnt food and literally no service! We had to ask other people other than our server for to go boxes and for breadsticks and refills etc. I’m a server. I give grace to everyone. I know things get busy and hectic. All she had to do was come over and say I’m swamped and I’m sorry I’m trying my best. But there was nothing except eye rolling. The fact that the The quality of the food was tried to be hidden is not OK.. The fact that we were served this burnt food is disgusting. Just a little update: I went into Olive Garden showed the picture to the manager. She took down the credit card information and said she was very busy at the moment but she would credit the money back the next day. Five days later she didn’t credit anything nor did she call me like she promised she would. Olive Garden makes a killing. They have no reason to make anybody happy because people continue to go there, especially in the Charleston area. There is only one Olive Garden so they get the business. At the end of the day, it’s still disgusting how they treat customers. I wish people would stop And go somewhere else.

Let's start with the wait. We've all gone to this olive garden hungry before, just to be told at the door that there will be an hour to 2 hour wait. Usually, most people walk away after hearing that, but this time, we decided to wait since this dinner was for a birthday party. After the long wait, we were seated at a nice table and ordered our never-ending breadsticks for the table. When the breadsticks arrived, they were kind of crunchy and super garlicky. The salads and soups for everyone's meals were also brought out with the breadsticks, but they brought out my entree soup with everyone's side salads and soups. I was going to let it slide and just eat slow, but my soup was cold. I sent it back and asked that it be brought out warm with everyone else's entrees. Little did I know that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes till everyone got entrees. At this point, I had been waiting for food for such a long time that I got a nauseous feeling. Finally everyone's entrees arrived. Thankfully my soup was hot this time but unfortunately the dumplings didn't taste good which is kind of weird because dumplings are great... The menu says that the soups are made from scratch daily but I wasn't getting that feeling from it so I left my soup untouched after a few bites. My friend who was sitting across from me also had to send back her entree because the broccoli wasn't cooked. My boyfriend also had an issue with his food, saying that his chicken tasted burnt and made the whole dish taste the same. At the same time, the restaurant was also getting hotter and stuffier by the minute. The wait staff was friendly, but the wait for a few things was just a little too long. My friends entree that had the uncooked broccoli didn't get back out to her until everyone was done with their meals, so she had to take it to go. And they definitely didn't remake the whole dish they just recooked some broccoli and threw it on top of her existing pasta, so it shouldn't have taken so long. The cake for the birthday girl also took about 20 minutes to come out, and this was after the waiter informed us that the cake of choice was still frozen. We were OK with it being frozen because the birthday girl is young, so she wouldn't care. It's just a little crazy how it took so long for a frozen cake slice to be brought out. Finally we left, but I noticed that a lot of our big party had a full plate left. My boyfriend took his food to go, but he told me it was just to be polite. I definitely left my whole soup there. Please keep in mind that we are a polite and easy to please family, but this Olive Garden failed on so many aspects that I have to leave a bad review so people know not to spend that crazy amount on such poor quality. Id love to have left a good review because id be a happy full person right now, but when the prices are this high for food, you expect quality, and that is not what we...

Honestly if your wanting italian go 50ft and get carrabas cause the service here is horrendous. Me and my family have been here multiple times but the last 2 times we went were awful minus our waiter pat. Hes the only thing that saves this place. The last 2 time we went we waited 45 mins for our entrees to come out it wasn't really a problems the time before last as we didn't realized it had been that long giving pat had made sure we had our soup salad breadsticks and drinks filled while we waited then got mad when he realized how long we had been waiting on our food. The last time however was the tipping point as we sat we had to wait for our last member to show up we ordered our drinks and after our final member shows up our waitress tells us they threw out the soup for the night even though there was still people in the place and still over an hour till closing we were unfortunately fine with that as we had no choice but when asked about the bread she said there was some baking. We give our waitress our order and that was the last time we saw her till we asked tk see the manager. Between the time we gave her our order and asked for the manager we were not given any salad or drink refills. After about waiting 40 mins after ordering pat had come by our table and asked how things were on his way out. We told him that we hadn't seen our waitress and had nothing. He immediately helped get our drinks refilled and brought out salad and surprising soup for us cause he remembered its one of the few things my partner can eat there without issues. After he got all that out he told us there was no breadsticks made so he got that done. So after not having anything on our table for 30 to 40 mins our original waitress had lied about the breadstixks being made so we then asked to talk to the manager. Manager came over and said he was now taking care of our table and he was gonna have a "talk" to his waitress about this incident she has the nerve to ask how we are doing even though we still didn't have anything on our table then mumble under her breath sorry I had a big group come in and had to take care of them. Manager gave excuses on shes been injured and cant do much. Manager finally giving a small discount after we refused a gift card for the long wait for nothing being at our table and making excuses for his employee being terrible at her job. We called the next day trying to talk to the general manager of the store but when we called we were told it was the same manager as we had last night and asked if there was someone else we could talk to and didn't wanna talk to him we were still given him on thr phone. So all in all the only reason tk go here is to experience pat as server otherwise your probably gonna wait like an hour for food if you get...

Absolutely terrible from the moment we got sat. 10/15 mins to get drink orders. Get those in and we order everything all at once. 20ish mins for an app of calamari, salad, and a soup. A second time of asking for breadsticks. Finally, food comes and still have to ask for breadsticks again. Get them, they're luke warm. Never refilled. Not once did the server stop and ask how anything was. Never asked if we wanted more salad as the bowl sat empty. Never asked if more soup was wanted, as it too sat empty. She finally comes back as one plate is basically empty and the other two of us are sitting there blankly. She asks if we want to go boxes. One of us said yes, I said no. I say no because 3 bites into my entree, the only taste I get is a burnt one. All of the shrimp is black. Not just like a little charred but black. Red peppers, the exact same way. And what happens when you put burnt anything into something? All of it then tastes burnt. Manager comes over and apologizes and asks if I want it remade. I decline because the other two people are already done eating. He asks if I want something else, again, no, the other two people in the party are done and ready to go. What about a $6.00 take home meal in place for your $21.00 plate, "I can have it made really quick." No, I'm fine, thank you. Server brings over to go boxes and says nothing. Brings over the check and leaves it on the table. Still saying nothing. Walks away. Finally comes back and just takes the card, still saying nothing. Drops the card off and still says nothing. There are soooooo many errors made here, I'm just at a loss of words to be honest. I'm a server. A bartender. Been a manager. One of the others I was with- same exact experience in the industry. This could of been fixed in so many ways, saved in so many ways, and it wasn't. Absolutely terrible and would recommend this...
