I arrived at this Taco Bell at 9:44 AM on a Sunday, planning to place an order and pick up Uber Eats deliveries. According to the posted hours, they were supposed to be open at 9:00 AM, but the doors were locked. There were two other customers already there, frustrated and complaining because they also couldn’t get in. None of us understood why the restaurant was still closed almost 45 minutes after opening time. An employee was inside, and instead of coming to the door or providing any kind of explanation, he just made a hand gesture as if to tell people to go to the drive-thru. No words, no sign on the door, nothing. I only figured out that the drive-thru was open after the other customers left and I noticed his gesture, but this is not how a business should communicate with its customers. If the lobby is closed for any reason, there should be a clear sign on the door so customers don’t waste their time standing outside confused. Communication matters, and this was completely unprofessional. Taco Bell, do better.

Practices false advertising unapologetically. As you can see from the attached photo this location had their sign displaying $1 triple melts. I was told by the little gal behind the counter they are $1.49 and she couldn’t honor the sign. Taco Bell is rising in price in other ways and not bothering to change their signage. (See if your local Taco Bell still has bean burritos listed at $1.29 but actually charge $1.49 now.) Anyway, I asked Manager Zack about it and he wouldn’t honor the advertised price either. I ended up just ordering off the dollar menu cause I was hungry.

It's the worst place ever! As soon as I walked in, people were complaining about the kiosk use only and how 1 was not working right. Place my order at the kiosk 2 large drinks about 10 minutes pass, still no cups, no acknowledgment, no cups, or anything. 1 by 1 I watched them bring customers orders and you could've seen the looks on those customers faces something wasn't right or the wait was too long.after a few more minutes had passed I just left. I definitely won't be back to this TACO BELL.

While to food is fine, a very specific piece of management is not Brian (Bryan) a manager decided to take over when an injured worker was scheduled to head of operations. They closed the lobby early; at 9:15 I attempted to enter the lobby to find it locked and a line chef mentioning me to take the drive through (unknown to them that I had walked). I'm 2000 miles from home and do not have one so I attempted to walk through. I do know it is against most drive through policy but it seemed normal policy went out the window with this location a long time ago. After being able to make my order once at the payment window they refused to server me. This is actually correct via company policy and I don't blame them for this however they didn't offer a solution such as come inside and pay for it as I had asked. Simply you cannot do it. The people in the car previous to me offered to pay for it, and I gave them my credit card and that seemed a possibility. Before this transaction was complete Brian (or Bryan) affronted me while I was receiving my food because of generous customers used my card with my permission to pay for my food that was only obtained from the other generous customers. He repeatedly said he was not going to engage is back in forth with me, he said he wasn't supposed to be there and he was helping...

Taco Bell store number 004814:

We went to the Taco Bell had a sign on the outside NOW HIRING MANAGERS. We went through the drive thru and sat 30 minutes before we got to the window and waited another 10 mintues after paying to get our food. The ladies at the window were on their Iphones while we waited on our food. We got our food and parked in the parking lot to eat. The food was cold and cinnamon twists were stale. My husband asked me to go inside the store so I could get him a drink. While inside I told them about our order and they apologized for the food but said they were unstaffed and were doing the best they could. When I went to get my husband’s drink at the fountains and the Mt. Dew Baha Blast was just carbonated water. Same with the Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. I got him Root Beer and went to get a Medium sized lid for my husbands drink. No medium sized lids were at the station. I waited at the counter for someone to help me for another 5 minutes and a Taco Bell worker walked passed me twice putting her finger up for me to wait. I am extremely not happy with his experience. If your store has no manager, then corporate needs to send someone to fill in until you hire another manager. These employees don’t...

Finally convinced my wife to go to taco bell with me. They had friendly staff, but had no guacamole which they failed to mention, and in fact never mentioned. The chips were there with the order on the tray but no sign of the guacamole. When we ask about it we were told it was all frozen. There was no attempt to refund money (since we had paid for it) or offer salsa or anything to correct the problem. Her burrito (which she selected ahead of time from the menu online because she doesn't like to eat there to start with) wasn't made correctly. In fact they gave her a normal chicken burrito and not the power menu burrito with lettuce etc on it. She took a few bites but it had rice in it (which it wasn't supposed too) and gave up. She instead ate her plain chips without any dip. Needless to say my hope of convincing her to eat at Taco Bell has been lost. On the bright side I enjoyed my taco's as I watched the hope of any future eating together at taco bell die as she ate her plain chips. She hadn't had high hopes so she wasn't disappointed. Ya let me down Taco Bell this was your moment to shine and maybe...
