Starbucks — Restaurant in North Huntingdon Township

Ordered oatmeal, a breakfast sandwich, muffin and two coffees on the Starbucks app. Arrived at the store and picked up the order as usual in the drive-thru. Was handed a smaller bag and placed it directly down on the floor in between my feet (I was the passenger). Was going on a bit of a road trip so held off on getting my items out until about 5 minutes into the ride. To my dismay, when I opened the bag up, I found the container was placed on it's side (there's no way it had shifted), and dripping oatmeal water/liquid and making a mess all over the place. The oatmeal was basically solidified on the side of the container. If this isn't appetizing, I don't know what is, haha. I had ordered the oatmeal previously, and it typically came with brown sugar, etc. This time, nothing else was included. Just a soggy bag leaking oatmeal all over our vehicle....

To the women/mom of 3 leaving Starbucks today, you totally made my day by the compliment you gave me . To the women/mom of 3, who said you look like a bum and I was so well put together, you are not and didn't look like a bum. With your messy bun, sweats and aviators, mom of 3 you are beautiful too and totally killing it. See one small act of kindness or just a simple compliment can turn someone's day around. She has no idea how much that compliment meant to me. I have been having it rough the last few months dealing with self image etc that her few words made me smile and brighten my day. Comfortable location, very well suited to getting some work done. Many outlets for the hungry technology, solid wifi provided by Google. Clean bathrooms, friendly and professional staff. Not overdone with hugely cushioned chairs, instead thrive made good use of the space with more normal but very comfortable seating.

The long wall bench seat with outlets is far enough from foot traffic through the store to keep distractions at a minimum. Rarely crowded.

Like any free wi-fi eating and drinking establishment, bring a jacket just in case if you are going to be here for a while, the doors in the front are not doubled, so drafts can happen. This might be a negative for some, but for those of us who write or use these public spaces for work, it's par...
