This was my first time stepping foot in this location. The whole reason I even came to jersey mikes was because the food I originally wanted was going to take about 40mins which was understandable considering they had a line going out the door and around the building. So I decided I’d roll on over to the jersey mikes down the street from where I was. I walked in and and it took about 10mins before they took my order and I was the only one in line. When they finally took my order they told me it would take a bit of time since they were behind on orders. I wanted a cheesesteak and I saw dude on the grill was already making a few cheesesteaks and I’m an understanding person so I said okay that’s fine and took my seat and waited. Wish I would’ve noticed what time it was when I did but I do know the sun was still up when I walked into the store. Anyways what feels like an eternity goes by and I’ve seen customer after customer walk in, order, and walk out. I figured it’s all cold cuts so whatever but I eventually stood up and asked about my order, the grill was empty and both employees had moved on to helping other customers, when I asked they started looking lost and confused because they never even started on my order, that or they gave it to someone else by accident. After that I just decided to walk out and the sun was DOWN I’m talking it’s nighttime now. Honestly I’ll never step foot into this location again and the only two employees there were making in appropriate jokes with each other which I normally ignore but I feel like I wasted an hour here for literally nothing. Went back to where I originally wanted food from and I actually got...
Read moreAnother Update:
I’m going to up my review because of this. Spoke with the night manager about the situation I had the morning manager and how horrible the service was as well as the fact that they gave me the wrong food along with brick hard bread. he immediately got the GM involved. The GM called me the next day and refunded me. I appreciate that. He also stated he would work on the issues with that group of employees.
Update. Someone answered the phone, put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back but the phone was put on do not disturb!!!!
I hate writing reviews, especially bad reviews. But I don’t know if they just don’t care or if it’s normal but if you order something a certain way and they completely make it the opposite that tells me that they don’t care or can’t read!!! Then to get bread that’s so hard it’s at least 2 days old for 50.00 is ridiculous! And didn’t even put everything in the order! I know they weren’t busy, I ordered before they were even open!
This is not edible and they don’t even answer the phone!
They should close this location down if they don’t want to do the right thing or even answer the phones!
I bet these people who screwed up our order wouldn’t be happy if they had to give me 50.00 out of their checks but they can’t answer the phone to at least make it right!!!
Sadly I don’t think I would ask for the order to be remade because if they can’t answer the phone, screw it up this bad to begin with, god knows what they’d do to your food! I have a digital media company, 15 million views weekly on X alone and I’ve never considered using it as a review tool but this has made me...
Read moreWow… I never write reviews like this, but felt compelled after the encounter we just had (1:30pm on 12/3/22). We entered and weren’t greeted by the worker at the counter even after personally saying hello. He didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever and I thought at first it was just because we looked like we needed time to decide. My husband found a table while I waited to order. I grabbed some chips as a sign to say I was ready to order. Still nothing from the guy. He was at the meat slicer literally pretending to slice meat. I legit didn’t see him slicing anything at all… just moving the slicer back and forth pretending to be busy. Next thing I know he pulls out his cell phone and props it up on the counter to watch something or take a FaceTime call or record our reaction to his rude behavior? Not really sure. It was so weird and I just awkwardly/patiently stood there waiting to be helped. After what felt like a lifetime of waiting I finally just left. As we were leaving the man at the counter just started cracking up. It felt like I was being punk’d. It was a very uncomfortable experience. We just went next door to Cafe Rio for lunch instead. I will never go back to this place if people like that continue to work there. Craig has SO many food options now (Panera is coming in only a few doors down). I don’t need to give my money to a place that...
