This review is in regards to the the management of the facility and to put light to some unethical things that are taking place. Myself and my fiance were former employees of this establishment and it wasn’t good experience. I would recommend not to waste the time unless I guess you need to. Ms.Ruby the Manager isn’t professional. She doesn’t even say a good morning nor even looks at you unless she likes you. She applies certain rules and regulations to those she wants to instead of the entire team. The food here isn’t cooked properly. Instead of separating all foods as they need to they put certain foods together on a container oblivious to the fact that certain individuals may be allergic. The donuts are done in the afternoon of the previous day which results them to not even be as fresh as they advertise them to be. The baker does the most unethical, nasty thing of not even using gloves when making the products. Which I’ve experienced and is just disgusting. You bring up all of these facts to the district manager in charge and all he has to say is that it’s her store she makes the rules. Due to the history they have together he doesn’t feel the need to correct her as it should be. She and another employee(Cynthia) disrespectfully speaks about certain employees instead of addressing them like adults. When you confront them they want to cry wolf about the situation as if they weren’t the root of the issue. I bring all of this to light because this has always happened and will continue to do so and I personally wouldn’t want anyone else to go through all of this. With all that being said, as adults to those reading do as you please but these are just a few facts that aren’t being corrected and just being looked over. Good...
Read moreMy encounters with this Dunkin' have left much to be desired. The coffee, supposedly a highlight, consistently lacks the fresh kick Dunkin' is known for. The donuts, sadly, carry a stale vibe, almost as if they were made the day before. Despite giving them multiple chances, the quality remains disappointingly consistent.
Adding to the frustration is the service – slow and seemingly disorganized. The staff, regrettably, appears unfamiliar with their roles, leading to prolonged wait times and an overall sense of chaos. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of efficiency in what should be a straightforward and enjoyable coffee and donut stop.
In the world of Dunkin', where reliability and speed are paramount, this particular branch falls short. The hope is for improvements that bring it up to the standards Dunkin' enthusiasts expect. Until then, it's a place to approach with caution for those seeking the classic Dunkin'...
