Cookouts that spot. It's unique different open late night and has different things than other fast food places. I had no clue how to order my first time or my second time going there. Definitely need a lesson if you've never been there before. They have crazy sides tons of milkshakes their burgers or flame broiled gives it that great taste like a backyard barbecue. You can literally get a burger with a side of quesadilla and fried cheese curds as a meal lol. There's a junior plate in like a regular plate One has small options, the one is a bigger option with two sides. You can also get your nostalgia on by ordering a float of your choice. I forgot the popular One there like Mr pip or Dr pepper or something. But you get a regular Coke other soda with the ice cream. The best thing is that they're open late. When others have closed you could rely on cookout being opened two lanes to order so you're not stuck waiting on a huge lane they have a good system down. And I must say the staff most of the time are friendly and courteous. Every once in a while you get one of those ones that just hate their job and are annoyed at life. The shake options are insane You're so many different flavors to choose from and you can mix pretty much anything you want I believe. I got a peanut butter shake mixed with Butterfinger and caramel, and another one that was double chocolate and I added malt into it. There are ones like peach cobbler seasonal ones such as eggnog or watermelon which makes them very unique from other fast food restaurants. Overall it's a good spot to choose if you want to get your burger and shake on. Whether it's day or late night you'll find something to satisfy that hunger at cookout. For all that read this review and have not been there before at least do yourself a service and try it Look at the menu online before you go so you kind of have an idea what to do. Again you could pick the first set of trays which is like a small junior tray with size The second tray would be like a bigger burger or chicken sandwich with two sides or you could order a la car throughout the menu. Enjoy!

The last time I was in the Carolinas was about 3 years ago and I was told by a few people about how good Cookout was. I was so busy going other places that i didn't get to try it. Well I was visiting Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove and decided to try it this time and I have to say it was pretty darn good and cheap cheap for fast food now days. I went here on the 23rd of September for dinner. I got the Cookout Tray which is their combo options that you get to choose from and there are a lot of choices. I got the Barbeque Sandwich , Chicken Quesadilla , Hush Puppies , and a Cheerwine Float. Now that's a meal. The Bbq Sandwich with Slaw and Hot Sauce was soooo good. It tasted a lot like Smithfield's but with more of a bite and the slaw tasted just a little sweeter. The Chicken Quesadilla hardly had any chicken in it , but the cheese was tasty. The Hush Puppies were just right and the cashier asked me if I wanted any sauces for them and I had no clue , so she suggested the Polynesian Sauce and I got a Cookout Sauce too to try. They both were good , but I would like them better on probably chicken fingers. The Cheerwine Float was good and I had to refill my cup with drink a few times since there was plenty of ice cream in it. We don't have Cheerwine in Las Vegas. I used to get it at a specialty store in Vegas years ago , but they said they are having problems getting it and also Blenheim Ginger Ale Hot , so they quit trying. I ate outside at some of the tables they have with some other people doing the same. They have a dining area also which I had thought when I saw these places before they were just drive thru restaurants , well I was wrong. I would recommend trying Cookout and would love to try more of there items , but I'm back in Las Vegas now. I usually come home to visit every 2 or 3 years. I plan to move back there when I retire in a few more years.

We were looking for a local fast food restaurant and something different than we would have at home so we search Google and found cookout on Highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach. We were instantly greeted by these two great employees. When I asked them, what was good there they proceeded to tell me all of their favorites, and went above and beyond, and even tried to upsell me with some of their favorite milkshakes. In a world world where customer service is lacking, these guys went above and beyond to shine The food was amazing and the manager was awesome as well. Five stars to this restaurant. I hope they are around for quite some time.

Let me start by saying thank you to the staff working. I’ve worked 3rds for 5+ years and know how difficult it is, thank all of you for showing up and doing your jobs.

Second; I pulled an industry mistake and came in 10 minutes to close at a fast food restaurant… I don’t expect a lot but even at this hour; to find anyone willing to make hot food for you is a chore, these folks did so promptly and with a smile. Not only that, the food was fresh (granted it was killing hour so you guys had to just drop a fresh batch; you guys chose to put out quality over something that was ready to die or he already died on the line; thank you for not letting me waste my hard earned money on a decent hot meal.

3rd I’ve been from a local to non local for uears now at this place; your managemen of this location has shone into the product you serve; idc if it’s hotdogs; you guys do exactly what’s expected on a corporate level when it comes to service. Time and time again you’ve guys have been absolutely clutch when it comes to late night options. Thank you and your staff for this so many times over. From a fellow restaurant owner/food industry worker; I can’t tell you how much I appreciate being able to count on this location for hot food; and great service. Thank every single one of you; from upper management; to make line; to drive thru; idc; if you work here you’ve helped develop an atmosphere that’s dependable for your customers for years now and your all deserve to know/feel...
