Honey Barrel Breakfast & Grill — Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach

NOT RECOMMENDED!! After a 30 minute wait, we walked into a beautiful decorated restaurant with empty tables everywhere.( Maybe short on servers?) After ordering food it took quite a while, so I’m thinking it must be fresh and good…NOT the case!! I purchased chicken n waffles with fries… fries were COLD, along with both waffles and chicken lukewarm! Chicken could barely be cut and waffles were dry and had obviously been sitting for a while. Of the 7 in our party, 3 had waffles pancakes and French toast, no syrup was brought, tried to stop person bringing food to ask for it but HE RAN AWAY. When server came back and asked not only for syrup, but dressing for 2 other meals, he was stopped by some worker that was busy yelling at him, we had to ask for potatoes, and numerous times for extra hollandaise sauce for other meal that was specified at time of ordering , which he did not bring after being yelled at by staff member. Breakfast burger was DRY with no sauce per menu, fries also not fresh or hot. Salmon was FISHY !! Entire meal was comped after management came to table, but definitely will not be back!! 2 stars for decore, looses something when server is being yelled at in Spanish...

Honey Barrel is a beautiful new spot in North Myrtle Beach that you don’t want to miss! The atmosphere is elegant and modern, yet still warm and inviting perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food is outstanding, with every dish tasting fresh and full of flavor, and the presentation is top-notch. The full bar is a great touch, offering mimosas, cocktails, and great coffee options to pair with your meal. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel welcome. A classy, relaxing place that sets the bar high for local dining highly recommend! Can’t wait to be back...

We were excited to try this new restaurant for our Sunday breakfast. We were nicely greeted and sat at a nice table in the beautiful appointed establishment. Service was good but the food didn't meet expectations for the price. Lemon Regatta Pancakes, (2) at 6 inches and very thin with a topping of Blueberry Compost and a dab of whip cream for $15. Ordered a side of Hashbrown for $5 were cold and had a burnt taste. Long. My wife had a similar experience with her Eggs Benedict. $60 for a total breakfast for 2 was not a...
