Deckerz — Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach

If I could give 0 stars I would. Burgers were absolutely terrible and undercooked and the fries, hard as a rock. Based off the look of the burger and bun, I should’ve trusted my gut and refrained from taking a bite of it. However, I was hungry and went against my better judgment. I immediately spit out the little bite I had taken. Undercooked, unseasoned burger mixed with a bun that’s so greasy/soggy it’s falling apart, probably isn’t the best mixture. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This place seems like a good hang out for older drunk men, but that’s it. I’d like to also add, on family vacations, I’m no longer allowed to pick the restaurants we order from because this one was so terrible, and of course, I picked this place. Yayyy. Final edit: I called to speak with a manager over our experience and bring the entire order back for a refund, and the first call, I was mid sentence when I was hung up on and the second call, the lady stated “I can’t do refunds.” then hung up again (I’m assuming hung up unless the call conveniently dropped. Which I doubt). Im still fighting with my bank over the $45.00 + tip + other miscellaneous charges tacked on to...

As locals, my boyfriend and I loved coming to this spot, but after today we will not go back ever again. The place wasn’t even packed but for some reason it took 50 minutes for them to make two hotdogs and a burger. When the burger came out they only brought a little bag of store bought chips when we ordered home made chips along with it. Then we had to wait for those. The tiny basket of them didn’t come out until we were done eating our food, which wasn’t even that great. My boyfriend couldn’t even finish his burger because it wasn’t good. After all of that, I noticed we were being charged for something we shouldn’t on our bill and instead of the woman just looking at it, she stood there and argued with me and then finally after all of that she looked at it she realized she was wrong and they were charging us for something they shouldn’t. Instead of arguing I’m not sure why she wouldn’t just look at it. Not sure what’s happening to this place but it never used to be like this. Awful service today, couldn’t even believe it... will...

I like trying new lil places and last night this was my pick unfortunately the live band was off key as were their instruments. Which put my husband and I out on the deck as I am not tone deaf or hard of hearing the deck was quieter temp wasn’t horrible chilly made our orders Husband had Carolina burger add cheese $10 - frozen Patty not fresh at all and $3 for 3 onion rings. My self I had the smokehouse chicken sandwich ant tots both of us tried the tea Nasty out of a jug changed got sprite more carbonated water than sprite syrup. Pricing had it have been fresh ingredients and a few more onions were no bad. Being up all night sick from eating this food not worth it. I would not recommend eating here our total ticket was a nice even amount 30.50 tax 3.20 but what the fuck is a rounding adjustment of a nickel that adds up per ticket per night and 2 dollars to use card raising bill 2.00 is usually posted for CC fees but the nickel scam Nah not worth my time absolutely No talent no flavor do...
