I was so excited to try this place out while being in Myrtle beach for my birthday. Got on the waitlist right away and was told an hour wait. We got seated within 35 min. Yay. We sat down and waited for our server to come to us. No one ever came to us for an hour. At first my friends and I thought it was part of the act. We stopped another server named Anthony to ask if we had a server. He walked away and came back and said he will take our order and drinks and bring it to who was supposed to be our server. Our “initial” server came back and said she couldn’t read any of his handwriting even though it was so clear and we could read everything. Anthony brought our drinks out and asked if we needed anything else. We said no. Our food came out so fast yet they forgot my meal. I told our server that was the girl and she just walked away. She came back 10 min later with my food and it was freezing cold. At this point we have been here for 2.5 hours. She never once checked on how our food was and if we needed anything else. Yes I understand the theme of this restaurant but seeing her go to every other table every few minutes made us mad. Anthony kept coming back and talking to us while he had other tables. He told us that he would have taken us but he was slammed and that night was not a good night. He got a 10$ tip on a 500$ bill. We felt terrible. We ended up tipping him for him just taking our order and making us feel special while our “initial server” never talked to us. With that being said we will not be back, and I give applause to Anthony for the amazing hard work, running around he was doing and decided to help a table even though it wasn’t his!
