The worst customer service in all of South Carolina. As a delivery driver I also am a human being and I always treat everyone with respect and try to be as polite as possible. I was doing a DoorDash order here this morning and will never deliver from this one again due to the rudeness of the staff. There were about five employees who all saw me standing at the counter for a good 10-15 min. Not one hello , good morning , what can we do for you, absolutely nothing. I finally was asked by one of the employees what I was waiting for I told her the order the order was sitting on the counter getting colder and colder with no one taking 5 seconds out of their time to package it. Completely unprofessional and when I told the manager ? I was standing there waiting for almost 15 min and was going to drop the order her response to me was " that is perfect". So gross and nasty and if you are a customer I would just not order from here. I love delivering food and most places here in Myrtle everyone is kind and friendly . Read moreFirstly I came about a week ago went inside asked for my usual a caramel mochiato and the woman said were busy so that’s going to take over 20 min. You can have a regular coffee and I’ll give it to you free. Um 😶 ok. Not really what I wanted, but ok they’re busy. It’s free I guess that works. I got in line at 2:00 today and pulled out at 2:20 waited at the window for 10 min or longer for 4 coffees. $27 and change and my coffee in particular was absolutely horrendous. No sweetness to it at all. Didn’t even taste like a caramel mochiato. The guy at the window handed me one coffee I asked for a tray seemed like I irritated him asking him for one then he tells me “have a good day of course” like its scripted and he’s annoyed by saying it. A lot of money to pay for coffee that’s absolutely disgusting with a side of attitude. I literally tip EVERY TIME I come through $5 every time on top of my coffee. Employees are always rude and unhappy, if you want your coffee a certain way be prepared to receive crazy looks and nasty comments from them just because you like your coffee a certain way. This should never be like this. You receive attitude from baristas all the time at this location, especially when they made your order wrong. They bluntly talk nasty about customers right in front of them. I will never support this location, and this type of behavior. Management needs to take care of it, and hire more competent staff, who won’t be annoyed when you only try to order your coffee the way you like it.
