I would love to give this location more stars, the staff has always been kind and helpful, but we recently had an issue where our box, including the munchkins, smelt and tasted like WD40 or oil or gas or something. I contacted the store and the employee who answered was kind and concerned, I then reached out to corporate to find out if there was anything that they could do to resolve the issue. They informed me they would contact the franchise owner, give them my information and that they should be in touch with me asap. this was over a week ago and the franchise owner has not contacted me. we were luck enough that we did not let a child eat all of these donuts, we tried and smelt them ourselves and it was AWFUL, we didn't had the smell/taste in our mouth constantly all day. THIS IS EXTREMELY CONCERNING. I ultimately wanted to know that the issue was resolved as this is serious and could cause health concerns. The fact that the Franchise owner has not contacted me to address these concerns is disappointing. I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for years, but at this point I'm almost to where I do not want to risk this happening at any other location. I understand it was likely a transport issue, but HOW could it not be addressed, and I still do not understand how this could not be smelt when unpacking them, or even handling them. this owner needs to do better.
I would also like to reiterate that IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES, they've always been wonderful and friendly, it is the FRANCHISE OWNER that is not taking the responsibility of contacting a customer who has a...
Read moreI really wish I could give this place a better review. We will start with the good- the inside is always clean and well maintained.
The bad- the food is just okay. We’ve had filled donuts that were only filled enough for one bite (on multiple occasions). I’m not sure if it’s their ovens but their bagels and breakfast sandwiches always taste weird. A different taste that l I haven’t experienced at other locations.
The ugly- the staff is just so impersonal. It seems to be a training issue because it’s not just one or two random employees, it’s been like this for years. You walk in and not a single person says hello or even acknowledges that you’re standing there. There have been 3 people behind the counter before and not a SINGLE one of them said a word to me for MINUTES. (I’ve watched people standing in line actually walk out because of this). When they finally do take your order they are very short and seem irritated to be dealing with you. Last week they only gave my husband half of our pick up order which was a pain to have to go back and get the other half but they were thoughtful enough to apologize and offer him a free donut.
This location is so close to us but we have started driving a little further out of our way to another, more reliable location with employees who don’t ignore you when...
Read moreJust popped in to get some donut holes. There were 3 women working behind the counter, one at the drive thru window and apparently the manager putting sandwiches together. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I raised my voice and said “Excuse me, what do I have to do to get waited on?”. They promptly stopped and looked at me and the manager promptly said they just came to work. Then she informed me there were a line of cars they were taking care of and I would have to wait my turn. What a way to run a business, if they don’t want walk ins, then lock the front door. If the manager had used any managerial skills she would have trained her employees to at least acknowledge your customers when they walk in and they would be with you shortly. The manager didn’t even apologize to me. Needless to say, I walked out empty handed. Sad...
