01/09 I ordered two large pizzas for pickup. It was around 6pm and my app said pickup time was 6:21pm. I waited in my car until my app said my order was ready. When I walked inside I was told that my order still had about 5 more minutes. So I stood there and waited. 5 minutes passed, 10 minutes passed, 20 mins passedâŠthen a man walks in AFTER me, waits with me, and proceeds to leave with 4 pizzas BEFORE me. So I ask the two girls at the front how much longer for mine because he came in after me and left before me? One said âoh he must have ordered before you.â But when I walked in I was told 5 more minutes and my app said my order was ready..didnât make sense. So I requested to cancel my order. The young girl standing there proceeds to try and cancel my order with an attitude, while the lady standing next to her starts to say âwell, itâs almost doneâ, but the young girl waves her hand up to stop her from talking and yells to the back âdonât make it! Donât make the next order!â Sooo, I was waiting that entire time and my order wasnât even made yetâŠ? Then the manager comes up and asks where my pizzas went that he just madeâŠ..he went to the back to look, said he was making them in order, and where did mine go?! The girl just stayed quiet so I had to explain to him the guy who came in AFTER me was given my pizzas, like I tried to tell the little girl at the front who got an attitude because I told her to cancel my order. But she was the one who handed him the pizzas, so I assume she was upset because she messed up. The manager was understanding and apologetic, even tried to give me my salad for free. But at that point I just left.
The first time I placed an order from this location was on 12/17. I was 10 minutes late after my pickup time, went inside, and still waited for an hour and an half inside the lobby for my pizzas! I thought it was a one time thing because only two people were working that day. But clearly, this is a real issue with this location. These last two times have been horrible..
I ordered a small pizza with a drink for lunch last week. I put my order in 20 minutes before going to the store. The notification even stated my food would be ready before 20 minutes even hit. I go up there around 20 minutes after my food was suppose to be made. A small cheese pizza, and when I get there.. there is only one person working the whole thing. Two other people were waiting, when I got in I was waiting 15 minutes before I was even helped. Then to be told my pizza wasn't even made yet so it was going to be another 10 minutes... I had them cancel and refund. I order ahead to get it and go. Expecially if I'm on a time limit.
Tonight I put in a order, once again 20 minutes before even picking up. I get there at the time of pick up. Called in my order since I chose curbside. Literally saw the employee just not want to answer the phone calls coming in. I went in to get my pizza cause I wasn't going to sit around waiting for someone to answer a phone. The people inside weren't even doing their jobs. Phone going off non stop not one answer. Got one guy doing nothing while the other is working complaining about orders coming in. Meanwhile I'm here waiting on a pizza... Just for them to tell me to wait and when it got done roughly 8 min later they said the pizza was no good so they had to remake it. Once again another refund. I'm not waiting x amount more because Marcos decides to not have the correct amount of people let alone having to wait longer bc of mistakes on their end. I am no longer coming to this location. I understand places have their hiccups but back to back.. I'll take my business to another...
   Read moreWe are big Marco's fans in general, but this location missed the mark tonight. We are staying at a nearby hotel and ordered for delivery.
The biggest problem is their delivery process. Once the tracker said the order was out of the oven, we got a text from Door Dash saying the delivery order was submitted and we would get our order in about 45 minutes. It arrived around 40 minutes later, so the estimate was fine. But after 40 minutes the food was no longer hot or fresh, causing the pizza crust and the Cinnasquares to be rubbery. Not to mention that the hotel is only 6 minutes from the restaurant, so I'm not sure why it even took this long. Just over an hour from order submission to delivery.
To add insult to injury, the boxes smelled strongly of marijuana, which was unappetizing to say the least.
Finally, the Cinnasquares were by far the worst item in the order. In addition to being chewy, as I previously mentioned, the icing came in its own plastic pouch to be squeezed into the bread, and IMO it had a strong plastic taste to it...
