Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Union Township

The Uniontown location was great. Every employee was very nice, inviting, and engaging. You can see whoever runs this location runs a fantastic operation. Everyone knew what their roles were, worked together, listened to one another, and the customers. I was very impressed. I kept it simple a day ordered a regular size #13 Italian with no veggies just the meat, cheese, mayo, seasonings, and oil and vinegar. It was made right in front of me and was very fresh and tasted amazing. Because mine was simple I will mention the man in front of me. He got a full size sub. He mentioned to the lady that he only wanted dressing on half. He then said a minute later it was because he will be taking the other to work tomorrow. So she cut and packed each ends of his sub separately and offered his dressing on the side so he had it for work tomorrow. Shows how much the employee actually listened, cared, and helped the man. I thought that was very nice of her to do without him even having to ask. This kind of employee makes a WORLD of difference when we are all hard working people spending money on food and deciding where we will be spending our money. I ordered cheesesteaks from the new Uniontown Jersey Mike's opening day and again a few days later. If you've ever had Jersey Mike's before you won't be disappointed with this location as in my opinion it's just as good as any others that I've been to across the country, and the online ordering system and pickup area make it a breeze to get in and out.

I reviewed and gave this location 5 stars opening day but Google filtered it out and I see they've allowed a few 1 star reviews to go through by people with the same last name which seems suspicious. In any case this is an honest review of the new Jersey Mike's if Google doesn't filter it out, and in my opinion it's now the best place to get a cheesesteak...

Went to order 1 regular cold sub at 8:40 PM and was met with stares and a lady at the counter shaking her head at me. I respectfully told her that since everyone there was so happy to see me, if they were closing I could go elsewhere. Her response was "Well we close at 9" to which I responded "it's 20 until 9, not 8:55"and I left. Embarrassingly bad customer service from the female at the counter and an overall bad look for Jersey Mike's. Moving forward I will gladly spend my money elsewhere where they enjoy taking it and don't admonish you for arriving 20 minutes...
