Sorrento II Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in North Wildwood

I WISH I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR THIS DISGUSTING PLACE! THEY DESERVE NO STARS!! Stopped in with the family while on vacation because it looked like a nice place. BIGGEST REGRET OF MY WHOLE TRIP TO WILDWOOD! The place was FILTHY. Unclean, sticky tables and floors. Pieces of food on the floor, FLIES AROUND THE FOOD and counters. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in DAYS (and I saw an employee leave the bathroom WITHOUT washing his hands). Rude staff, especially the man that seemed to be in charge. He was constantly yelling and cursing, even while small children were present. THIS PLACE IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! ACTUALLY, THEY'RE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! IF YOU LIKE GOOD FOOD OR A CLEAN PLACE TO EAT, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! It was so bad we couldn't even eat the food. I would HONESTLY rather EAT SAND FROM THE BEACH than ever go back to this place again. ...

The specialty pizza slices were absolutely fantastic. It's a little pricey but you're on the boardwalk so it's expected. I'd give 5 stars if they served water. They make you buy bottled water. We had a large party and were ordering over $100 worth of food. Half of us wanted water and the waitress "forced " us to buy the bottled water. Every other place I went to on the boardwalk that serves food gives you water and ice in a cup as a courtesy. Maybe this practice is more common than I think in the Wildwood area but I've never experienced before. Other than that it's probably one of the best pizzas in Wildwood. I purchased 2 slices of pizza for $6.00 then noticed a sign advertising a special for a whole pie with a soda for $13.95. I asked if i could have that with an adustment for the 2 slices i already purchased for my grand nephew & I. It seemed like a simple enough request to me. But not to the man who may have been the owner.He responded by being angry, insulting, loudly screaming" NO, and if you don't like ut get the Fu** away". We were hungry and that's the onlysreason we even ate the pizza. Our mistake, we should've went to a better, more business like pizza establishment. I told him that I would post my opinion on facebook to which he responded "I know what you look like"....
