So the service one star I’m giving is not directed towards the servers themselves. In fact the servers there are fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, just wonderful all around. The service I am particularly giving a one star review to is the owner himself. We frequent this place often during our vacations at least 3 times on a weeks stay and we know and are very cordial with the servers there. We spend a lot of money and tip very very well. We really never had an issue until our last visit. On this visit, we walked in on a balmy summer early evening and without any windows or openings it was very hot inside with the oven going and with it being so humid outside with no breeze, we asked if the air was in. The server who knows us told us it wasn’t on and because my son is heavier and autistic he can’t really deal with the heat and humidity so we said we would stay if they turned the air on. We didn’t even really ask, the servers said they were hot too and would’ve liked it to be turned on, so when the one went to ask if they could turn it on we decided to sit and stay. We weren’t the only ones in there and the servers also wanted the air on also so we didn’t think it would’ve been an issue and started to sit down. Until the server came back and stated that the owner wasn’t putting the air on. So not only are your customers uncomfortable, but your staff is as well and you’re too cheap to put the air on for them?! Throughout the summer we go there and spend a good $200 each time we dine there getting dinners and appetizers and made sure we were always very nice to the servers and never had any issues with anything. And now we were so taken aback by not only him denying the air be put on, but the way he did it almost like we weren’t worth it. It shouldnt even matter how much a customer spends or how often they dine somewhere, if the environment is uncomfortable and customers are going to leave because it’s too hot to eat in your establishment you really should be more accommodating. Not only that, I truly believe it had a lot to do with our service dog who always goes with us. As accommodating as the servers are with it and know us well, you can tell the owner doesn’t want us there. I truly believe that’s why he didn’t want tk accommodate us with the air either that I need for my son with special needs. So just tk put it out there, the woman, I guess his wife, is always nice to us but after the encounter with the owner I hate tk not go back because we love the servers there but the way he treated us that night and even after that when we walked by and asked if he was open and just waved us off with his hand like he couldnt be bothered was beyond rude. You should always try your best to be accommodating to your customers with such a minor request that made sense because of how unbelievably hot and humid it was in there. So if I were you and you have any children with special needs and he can’t accommodate turning the air on with no windows open and no air flow and a hot and humid evening, I would refrain from going here. It isn’t right to judge anyone just because we have a service dog and you don’t want dogs in your establishment you should really consider why people have them in the first place and need them. You shouldn’t refuse to turn the air on just to make sure we leave because in all honesty I truly believe that is what he did and why he did it. What a stand up guy. But his attitude and demeanor said it all to us. Very sad for the wonderful kids they have working there. Thank you for ruining our experience we always looked forward to on vacation. Maybe next time you should reconsider how you look at things and peoples situations. Good luck to the...
Read moreThis place is a complete dump. Rude staff, mean, disrespectful, and they don't care if you gave them business, you are treated like your money and time mean nothing . This is without question the worst pizza shop in Wildwood. We paid $27.10 for one disgusting pizza that my kids would not even eat. They kept saying how nasty it was.
The service was just as bad. The woman working there was rude, passive aggressive, and flat out mean. After taking our money she refused to let us sit inside while waiting ten minutes for our food even though there were four or five empty booths and the place was not busy. Instead she forced us to stand outside in ninety degree heat with three small children. There was absolutely no decency, no kindness, and no sense of customer service. You never know people’s medical conditions and disabilities and she still would not allow a paying family to sit down to wait the 10 min it took them to cook it.
On top of that they do not even offer fountain water. All they push is overpriced bottled water full of microplastics and they would not give a single courtesy cup of ice. For nearly thirty dollars you would expect at least basic respect but instead we were treated like an inconvenience.
The food is awful, the service is worse, and the attitude is miserable toward the very customers who keep them in business. We will be telling all of our family and friends to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of pizza shops in Wildwood that actually appreciate their customers. This one...
Read moreJust got to Wildwood yesterday and not my first time here for vacation. Me and the hubby wanted some amazing pizza came to this racist place and the service was just absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! The woman last night oh my goodness her attitude was just awful and so offensive you can cut it down the middle the thickness of her and the cooks tension. I been around pizzerias all my life and never not once ever had ANYONE say to me and mush my food and my hands away from the counter while I was pouring a little of Parmesan cheese on my slice of pizza. The cook came over grabbed all the other condiments away from me and slammed it next to his register. Now what is the problem of us pouring the condiments on top of table of the stand everyone does that and the boardwalk restaurants, take outs, stores doesn’t close until 1 am, they can’t clean up or wipe down after I put on the cheese if I dropped any on the counter? It’s not a big deal. Woman was such a an awful individual I can’t believe how uncomfortable she made me and my husband feel. A group of call Caucasian teens came inside the pizzeria and she was so nice to them. Let’s see how her attitude is like tonight and let’s see how the cook is feeling today. Good morning happy Labor Day weekend everyone! By the way pizza was delicious service worse ever!!! Racist people we had to go through and mind you I’m...
