Ordered delivery 4 times from this place, Santucci's was one of our go to places in Juniata. Out of the 4 orders only one was correct. First order was pepperoni and we got sausage. Second order was plain and was delivered without any problem. Third order was supposed to be half sausage and half mushroom, the pie came half plain with the sausage and mushrooms combined on the other half. Our forth pizza tonight was plain, it was delivered in about 20 minutes COLD. Like it was sitting around without heating it up. Santucci's does make a good pie but if they don't get their act together they won't last long in Wildwood. Update: our grandkids showed up with 5 pizzas the other day for a party. 3 from Santucci's and 2 from another place. Of the 5 Santucci's were the better choice, however, they were overcooked which made the crust a little too hard. The crusts were also thinner than usual. The white pie was tasteless and nobody liked it. 7/20: We gave them another try today. Unlike our other orders this plain pie was perfect. The crust was thicker and cooked the way Joe Santucci would have approved. Being a new location it seems that they are working out their problems. The pie was delivered in less than an hour, however, it could have been a bit hotter. 8/19: Jim, I always give credit where credit is due and tonights pie was perfect. Glad to see that it is coming full circle for you. 11/8: After several spot on deliveries, tonights pie was only warm. Next time if the box isn't hot we won't accept...

My initial review ** below needs updating.
Customer Service is disgraceful. My family received an order of clearly overdone food. We live on the other end of the island, full year residents, and brought them back the next day as the elevator in our building was broke, and its over a 15-minute drive in each direction. When kindly showing the overdone product and requesting a refund, pictures had to be taken and sent to the owner (seriously!?!) and then denied a refund. We have bought this item many times and were told they are always cooked this way, not accurate.
Then the cashier said never to come back (no problem) and began to insult my father on the way out the door.
It's unfortunate that this Santucci location doesn't care about regular customers, I can only imagine how visitors of Wildwood are treated. A $12 refund has now lost them thousands of dollars in year-long sales.
** Customer service is always very friendly.
Pizza quality is pretty consistent. My go-to pizza place in the Wildwoods on and off season. Its nice they are open year round.
Only ever tried the boneless wings in addition to the pizza but thought the chicken had a weird texture, almost like Burger King chicken...
