Unfortunately this is an honest review from a Vietnamese person and someone whose family use to own a restaurant in the city. Most of dishes are not authentic and you can tell by how the food looks like on Google reviews. I understand everyone has there own way if cooking and that is great if you like it. To my fellow Vietnamese and any Asian American people, skip this place... You WILL be disappointed.

About the food: The Pho should always be a staple of a Vietnamese restaurant and the pho broth is flavorless. By the taste, it hasn't been cooking long enough to extract the flavor from the bone and another sign is the brisket is tough and has not been cooked long enough... I suggest cutting it thinner if you can't cook it in longer. One of the most disappointing things was the bean sprouts and herbs are all in the same container and it seems they cook it in the broth out soup before hand. Not one place in Minnesota have I ever been too where the veggies are in the same container.. such a turn off and gross. There is no longer a freshness when you do this.

Egg Rolls were undercooked, pork should not be gray and then red on the inside. These are not traditional Viet egg rolls. They use want seems to be a cheaper eggroll wrap. (Texture is like a Half spring rolls wrap/half Chinese wrapper) see pictures for undercooked eggroll. Also provide nuoc cham and not Chinese sweet chili sauce or offer a choice with eggrolls.

Atmosphere is just not a restaurant.

Overall, my experience was so so. I most likely will not come back due to the undercook food and the poor preparation. I have no disrespect for the owners, but hopefully you both understand criticism and make your necessary changes. If you are as proud to offer Vietnamese to our community, bring well cooked Vietnamese dishes and you will see more success.

You need dishes like Bun, Pho Ga, Com... Dac Biet, and even Goi Cuon. If you don't have time to prep all these dishes, offer them at these specials dishes once a week.

If things do change, I might give it another shot but have real Vietnamese food. Don't be another Chinese-Vietnamese-American restaurant, they don't last or don't generate a...

Because of all the local hype for the restaurant opening, I was super hopeful to try the food here. I come from a Vietnamese family and had such high hopes and genuinelywanted to support the local establishment. My mom and I visited with my kids and unfortunately the experience was very poor. The service was basic. Order at a counter, sit at a table, food comes to you crazy fast... but fast in this scenario did not equate to good quality. The cuisine simply isn't authentic to traditional Vietnamese. Everything is served with the same generic sweet chili sauce. There is no traditional fish sauce. The food by itself was all very flavorless. The pho broth had no flavor profile built at all, very watery and is served with all add-ins already in the bowl. The egg rolls were bland and had untraditional ingredients and a very unpleasant texture. There was no seasoning to the fried rice or noodle dishes. We got a variety of items to try and the color of everything was very dull. All food really needed more cooking and more seasoning. My family will continue to drive the 30 minutes to Apple Valley for high quality...

Excellent spot for takeout - good Vietnamese food, fast service, and good prices!

Head up to the counter to order, inside the Eagles Club. No longer cash-only – they're now accepting credit cards (and Doordash orders!).

Recommend the pho, egg rolls, and stir-fried beef.

They had great service for my food allergies: really helpful, knowledgeable about their food, and very kind. For an egg allergy, there are several options. For a peanut/nut allergy, there didn't seem to be anything with nuts in it. For a sesame allergy, anything from the fryer's out and stir-fried options are a little limited, but they use vegetable oil not sesame oil – just avoid the hoisin sauce and Orange sauce (on the orange chicken) and stick to the Chinese (Tso's) Sauce. There is a little bit of fish in the Pho broth and hoisin sauce. Upon request, they kindly avoided cross-contact!

With all the above allergies, thanks to their great service, I was able to eat the stir fried beef with vegetables and rice as it appears on the menu!

So happy to have this spot...

After reading multiple 5 star reviews we were excited to try this restaurant. We immediately wondered if our order was wrong or incomplete because the Door Dash bag felt so light. Our $15 orange chicken, rice and green beans were stacked together inside a standard 16oz takeout box with room to spare. The orange chicken was crispy and tasted great. The beans were good, but the rice was undercooked and our single soy sauce packet was expired. For $11 we got one cup (an 8 ounce takeout box) of veggie fried rice. This rice was over cooked and bland and made with the pea-bean-corn-carrot frozen mixed vegetable blend sold at grocery stores. We ate and enjoyed the orange chicken and green beans and threw the rest away. If we had eaten everything, it still wouldn’t have been enough food for two people.
