Been coming to this location since I was a kid and now into my adulthood…and of course workers change over the years! It’s always 50/50 here and I usually always go through the drive thru and haven’t sat in there for years but glad they did renovations. Their breakfast has become superior to their classic meals (which are lackluster lately) but if you want a fast meal around 11am-12pm you do what you can although they’re getting expensive too—just like everything on this planet. Half of the time you get good service at the ordering section and sometimes you get rude people. The only time I get rude people on the intercom is from the men here. This time half of my order was left out/wrong despite the fact that the woman was ready to take my order then paused telling me to hold please as if she’s doing something else. Should have known since the person before me took over five minutes to order, granted she seemed to be ordering a lot and maybe the woman taking the order couldn’t keep up. My order was supposed to be simple. Anyways she gets back on the intercom asking me to continue but then ends up erasing the first half of my order! At this point I’m on a time crunch and just ask for one of the items that I wanted out of the combo while keeping the other correct combo for the person I'm grabbing it for. As long as they didn’t overcharge me for the other combo then fine, whatever. i pull up to the window and it’s the same kid with the glasses that lacks personality and NEVER greets you at the window. Customer service jobs are no walks in the park, speaking from experience so I try to be empathic. However a simple, “hello,” as a response back or even FIRST—like you’re supposed to do and proceed to give me a total is okay. I’ve dealt with him a few times before and he heard me once when I stated this about his dryness and changed his tune—THAT time. I know this isn’t Chick-Fil-A or Burger King: where I can have it my way but sheesh! Some basic friendliness is cool too, we don’t have to have small talk! Like I said this isn’t all the time but that experience is a turn off and pushed me to write...
Read moreGave 5 stars because I enjoyed the experience. There is always a line but workers work hard are knowledgable of menu and get my order right. Booths closed due to covid and you can hear other peoples covnersations due to small dining room. But to me, what's important is speed and accuracy in fast food as well as food quality which was all up there (quality meaning presentation and freshness of veggies, etc..this is a fast food restaurant not fine dining). Jr bacon cheese burger could have used a little extra mayo, but I'll let that slide.
** Forgot to add, only one coke freestyle machine operating at a time, not sure if due to covid. I found there is a hand sanitizer dispenser near the door, not sure if it would make sense to put it closer to freestyle machine instead of doorway? Or better yet keep it by the door and add sanitizing wipes as freestyle machine is...
Read moreI like Wendy's, but this place is not up to par.
Despite repeating my order twice, staff did not get it right. What happened to the bacon I requested on my burger? What happened to the tomatoes? And where is the sauce on my sandwich?
The woman at the payment window was worse, as she was cold, and slammed the window multiple times. She also wouldn't respond to a question I had until the fourth time.
Also, I find it hard to believe they don't have any half sized salads on site, but I guess it's possible.
I am almost certain this place over charged me. However, they failed to give me a receipt. Between the attitude and incompetence, the $2 or $3 is simply not worth the stress and aggravation of dealing with this place again.
Come on Wendy's, stop this location from messing up your...
