Poke Pro — Restaurant in Norwalk

If I could give the Poke Pro a 10 star rating I would. "Make Today Amazing" is the Poke Pro's signature slogan. I would change it to "Make Your Life Amazing" Differences is what I look for when I'm trying new places for a Gastro experience that will literally "Blow my skirt up"! Poke Pro is unique in their presentation and huge menu selection. One doesn't have to go other places if you're looking for clean, healthy, reasonably priced, fast dining out whether lunch or dinner. Tonight I tried the Sushi Burrito. That's an excellent marketing term being Mexican food is so popular nowadays. I'm sure it raises eyebrows. Anyway it was, you guessed it, AMAZING. Wrapped in Seaweed and filled with tuna, salmon, brown rice, cukes, fish eggs, tomatoes and a variety of spicy sauces. There were other vegetables in there to but too many to mention or I just plain forgot what they were. Lol. Freshest sushi I've had in a while. Okay. Now let's get to the Best part of my experience. A business is only as good as the people you hire. Poke Pro is the epitome of what it means to "Kill with Kindness" from the moment you walk in until you walk out the staff here makes you feel as though they're your own private servants. I'm not exaggerating. To put it simply you can "Feel the Love". Love for what they do and the love and appreciation for you being there as a customer. I highly recommend y'all chow down at the Poke Pro and meet Ona, Weenie, Chen Chen, Steven and Tony a mixture of Chinese, Indonesian and Asian cultures which will make you feel AMAZING I loved the sushi Burrito so much I had to go back for a bowl of Ramen & chicken wings. The Meccha noodle house doesn't compare to Poke Pro and it's all because of the "Broth". The "Broth" makes a bowl of ramen either Amazing like the Poke Pro or it tastes like toilet water. I was never impressed with "Meccha". Chef Chen Chen is a "Master" when it comes to cooking chicken. He prepares his chicken which literally melts in your mouth. Tender, moist, flavorful and just downright Amazing. I had the Korean Garlic sauce and 8 wings. Best wings, cooked to perfection, that you won't find anywhere else. I ordered a bowl to go with three sauces in there. I got back, heat up the bowl and found there was no teriyaki sauce and shrimps were white. Called the store and the staff was rude. I asked if you can send someone to drop off the sauces. She said there’s nothing she could do about it and then asked me to drive back there and prove it to them. Well, I drove there trying to talk to them and that staff wouldn’t stop yelling at me and called the police. She kept slapping her hands in front of me. I told the police please come and she hanged up the phone. One staff was good and asked if I wanted a new bowl I was like yeah she’s been yelling in front of the bowl and spitting all over it. She told that staff no, she just want a free bowl. I was like what?? And she kept pointing at me and told me not to ever go there again. I asked for a fruit tea for the half an hour trip she said no you’re getting no tea. You just want free stuff. The nice staff tried to talk to me but the violent staff kept pushing her back in the kitchen be like let me talk. I started talking to the nice staff instead of this crazy one. The asian lady is very and rude aggressive I think shes like that only to people of color!! Last time I went there she was yelling at me to tip if you tip I will give you extra sauce for free you don’t yell at me to tip it’s not by force!!!! Fast forward to today October 19 I walked in, marked my order I requested for her to give me the sauce from the last time I ordered she screamed at me so loud I don’t know!!! don’t ask me… My friend was on the phone, he was like why is she yelling at you like that do you know her from somewhere? She sounds really angry! I asked her why she was so angry 😡 because I didn’t tip her the last time for being rude!!! She told me if I don’t want to buy I should leave!!! Very rude...
