I’m giving this place two stars not because of the workers there or the service but but because of their boss or general manager who is extremely disrespectful to not only customers but also his workers and created a VERY uncomfortable environment for my friends and I and you could tell other customers were also uncomfortable. The environment was so hostile because of this person, right after he gets upset with a customer you hear him yelling at these poor workers with not the nicest of words blaming them. No one should have to work in those conditions nor should they be treated like that. When I looked around the counter to see if everything was okay he glared at me and one of the customers who I guess had a bad experience before hand with him also agreed that he was very immature and rude. Why would any place let someone filled so much anger in their heart work at a place known for making dreams come true for foster kids and raising awareness towards all sorts of things to help the communities around them? If he treats people like this in public think about how he’s treating his workers when no one is around or even some of the customers at times, something needs to be done about this because if I ever see him when I go to pick up my chicken nuggets or caramel sundae I’m walking right out because I don’t want to be anywhere near him and his negative vibes and it’s shame those workers have to be around it when he’s there. -On the other hand I love the custermer service there, it’s probably one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to just because other ones have been more rundown and the people are careless and rude and it’s a mess but this one isn’t like that, I know when I walk in one of the workers even if their day isn’t going so well they’ll always smile when I smile at them and even find ways to interact with customers in very positive ways and put smiles on people’s faces. That is a true worker and their boss needs to be more like them and he could learn a thing or two from them or he...
Read moreMe and my family went late last night, almost 11pm, after a long day of ball. First, when I was ordering at the drive thru, they cut me off and didn't let me finish my order. So, when I got to the window, I told the girl about it and that I wanted a fruit and yogurt parfait added to my order. She looked at me puzzled and said, "cafe?" I said no, a parfait. She said, "frappe?" I said no, you know, the little cup of yogurt with fruit in it. She said uhhhhh we dont have that here. Really?!?! I said just never mind. I got to the window to get my food, and there was a half full drink the girl handed me. I told her it wasn't full. She said "Its our machine . Now I'm going to have to run it through again!" She rolled her eyes at me and shut the window and threw up her hands! I should have asked for the manager right then and there but I was too tired. I will never go to this McDonald's again, it was the worst experience ever. Show some respect to your customers and know what's...
Read moreOk I know McDonald's is just your average ordinary however I went in to this one to enjoy some quick breakfast. Ordered my food at the counter yep took a minute the lady was taking food to a table no biggie kinda nice someone bringing me my food she also acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Ok now I ordered my food lady still had a smile I paid and took my number to sit down with. Up until now my visit is average. The lady brings my order and asks if anything she could get I looked order seemed right except on my tray there was a real plate stacked with my biscuits and gravy and a real fork to sit and enjoy my breakfast. Now you may ask why is this exceptional well first I hold in high regards to sitting down and enjoying a meal I get tired of on the dang go all the time. Next how about the trash I'm not making by using a real fork and plate. That would save so much. Well anyway I hope someone sees this and commends whoever came up with this simple...
