If you’re a person who depends on their coffee in the morning I suggest you not go to this location I’ve been to this location multiple different times on multiple different occasions just to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every single time that I went it was always the same results my coffee has coffee grains all filled in it mind you I went through drive-through I’m on my way to work I don’t have time to be turning around So that my coffee could be made properly coffee is almost 6 dollars that’s expensive for a cup of coffee for it to not meet its quality standards And just for the coffee to be thrown out because it was so disgusting that you couldn’t...

While trying to order at the drive thru microphone another Dunkins employee came over to our car and kept saying thing to us like, "Ask for 5 boxes of jo!" It might have been funny if it wasn't so disruptive. Then when we pulled up to the window there were at least 5 people working inside dunkin donuts. Despite all those workers they didn't have the coffee shop experience down. Two mins went by and an employee opened the window with a receipt in her hand. I had to tell her that the receipt wasn't mine as I hadn't paid yet and I am still waiting for my coffee. The good news is Starbucks...

Couldn't understand what I was ordering and when I finally made it too the window they still got my order wrong and charged me$3.25 more than what I got cost. So disappointed that I just left without my change ( hahaha they received a good tip for nothing). It was my favorite dunkies until now.
