This morning September 5th at around 7:33am I ordered two prepped bagels and two loaded hash browns with only cheese. When I pull up to the window I made sure to ask as to put an extra emphasis on the no bacon. I get my food handed almost immediately which was nice but as soon as I get my food I can see dark spots through the clear lids and when I open it both hash browns had bacon. I tell the young lady about the mix up and she quickly was willing to help. I get told to park up front as there are people in the drive thru and that she’ll bring my food out as soon as it’s ready. I wait a couple minutes not long at all and I see her coming out with a bag and this is where my problem begins. I’m handed the bag and she goes inside I decided to double check since there was a prior mix up and what they decided to do was to scoop out the bacon. I genuinely believe they were scooped up with fingers as there were witness marks all across the food. At this point i’m rather upset that this is how I'm being dealt with. I believe it’s a simple request to not have bacon. I don’t eat bacon due to religious reasons. I go inside and ask to speak to a manager who was a sweet heart and very understanding/willing to help and correct the situation. But on the other hand the male cook who was in the back was very rude when asked about the situation he got very defensive saying something amongst the lines of “I said for him to pull up front and wait. We’re busy.” Hence I did pull up front and wait. Once the food was prepped for a third time he comes up to me and throws the food on the counter with a nasty attitude this made my blood boil so much so I left to not escalate the already bad situation considering that there were other customers. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts very often as I’m going to trade school right across the street. It upsets me how I was treated today in particular. If making food upsets a person so much I don’t believe they should have a job doing so. I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this location where I don’t...
Read more04/14/2019 2pm Today was the first date that my family and I visit this store and will not return. Our purchase was made via the DD App and we walked in to allow our children to utilize the facilities. The men’s restroom was unkeep and unsanitary. There was used tissue all over the floor with visible fecal material on it. Urine lined the tile grout. The sink was dark stained with dirt and grime. At the register, the two employees had acknowledged the To Go order screen and our order was not prepared until we made our request. Concerning overall was the fact an employee who was handling trash bins came directly over to the coffee station to assist the other employee and grabbed cups to prepare our drinks without first performing hand hygiene. We requested new cups immediately. The conditions of the restroom were shared with the employees. The response I got from Noah was “Well, you know people are nasty.” Not professional! While I can appreciate that employees may not be responsible for the actions of customers who utilize their facilities, they are under obligation to frequently service the restrooms, ensuring sanitation. Under food safety regulations, the lack of sanitation of which are utilized by both employees and customers, and the direct observation of lack of hand hygiene from a contaminated surface to a clean surface escalates my concerns. Public knowledge of the Hepatitis A outbreak raises my concerns and heightens my awareness for my family and the public. Please address these concerns...
Read moreI've been going to this location for a year now and back then gave it a three star rating. I sadly have to change that to one star because steadily declining service and quality. For starters, they frequently don't have anyone at the register. All staff are on drive-thru. They don't respond when they hear the door chime indicating someone walks in. One must wait until they finally come around. Staff turnover is alarming frequent. I've noticed a change in staff/someone new training every several weeks. This translates into longer ordering time and order mistakes because the person is training. In terms of quality, sandwiches are frequently burned and coffee is cold. I've taken to checking my food and drink before leaving the restaurant, further lengthening my purchase time. Today was the last straw. I asked for my usual Dark Roast and was told they were out because the manager didn't order it. I expressed my frustration and they informed their manager, Susan. Susan proceeded to go on a rant, saying that people can't get mad when something is out and they just have to get over it. She said this as she walked back and forth in front of me. Add this rudeness to poor quality and there is no doubt that I'm done with Dunkin. Oh and by the way, this location has been out of salt packets for three months. Really...
